“I am from the west coast where we would get hatch chili's in grocery stores during chili season. I moved to the east coast and saw it once in the stores here. I think I bought half of their stock.😄 so this year I pre-ordered enough to last me the whole year!!! We have them with everything.”

“Thought it was interesting that when we received the product, it had no ice packs to keep cooled, considering the package said keep frozen....?? Thought the Tamales, were okay, seemed to be somewhat dry. Would have to say, would not buy again, for the price of $60.00 for a dozen...”

“This was my first experience with hatch chilis and it couldn’t have been better the Hatch Chili Store shipped everything on time and all was in great condition. I got both fresh and frozen. Made some awesome dishes and have more in the freezer this will be a new annual tradition”

“These chilies are by far the best. Received them overnight. Every chili in the box was perfect. They are the best we've ever had. Roasted them all the same day. Prepared them and into the freezer they to enjoy all year long. They are delicious. So glad we found the Hatch Chili store. Thank you for amazing customer service.”

“Very impressed! I grew up in New Mexico and was addicted to green chile early. I could still buy chile with no problem in Arizona. This year found me in South Florida. I was about to give up on having green Chile this year. I ordered the hot from the Hatch Chile Store not expecting much. To my surprise, the chile arrived in less than 24 hours. Every chile was perfect! Roasted the next day. Tastes great and just right on the heat. I will be buying again!”
