“My mother in-law lived in NM for 20 yrs last yr she had to move to another state to take care of her mother. She was missing her green chilies she became a custom to. Was a really great mother's day gift to be able to have them. Still don't quite understand why they can't ship whole chilies to Louisiana.”

“A little bit ago I wrote a bad review that should have been pointed at Fed Ex not there great people. Fed Ex delivered to the wrong address and my order spoiled. Even tough it was no fault of theirs these folks took it to heart and replaced my order at no cost to me. Thas standing tall in my book. THANY you from a Hatch Chile addict. GOT MY CHILE FIX yea.”

“I was introduced to Hatch Chili's by a guy I work with from New Mexico here in Eastern North Carolina and can honestly say..I use them in everything now...from Chili to eggs and from Tuna to Tacos...very distinct flavor without the heat of a jalapeño or tabasco...these Hatch Chili's are my new go to and I look forward to trying them in many different dishes moving forward.”

“We have been getting Hatch chiles for years and might be addicted. A recent batch we ordered didn't have the hotness we have come to expect, but Daniel at the Hatch Chile Store made it right. He sent a replacement order and we are happy and sated as usual. All good stuff.”

“i AM 80 YEARS OLD AND HAVE BEEN EATING HATCH CHILIES FOR OVER 35 YEARS. I USED TO ORDER CHILIES AND ROAST THEM AND THEN PEEL THEM AND THEN FREEZE THEM. THIS TIME I BOUGHT TO PROCESSED CHILIES IN GLASS JARS AND FIND IT MUCH EASIER TO DO. I PUT THEM IN EGGS,STEWS,BEANS, EGGPLANT AND WHATEVER I CAN THINK OF. THEY ARE GREAT. THANK YOU DR.
