“If you like good chiles this is the only site you need to visit. The variety of fresh, frozen, and dried chiles and spices is phenomenal. For me, this also provides great nostalgia for all the amazing flavors I grew up with in Albuquerque, NM and El Paso, TX, that I can now share with my family in Houston TX”

“I lived in NM for a long time, so I order green chili often. I have had good luck & bad luck. This time it was bad. I bought peed roasted “hot” frozen chili. But the chili tastes raw, like it wasn’t roasted enough. It was also “medium” at best. It costs a lot of money to get it shipped here, and the experience was like opening a fine bottle of wine & and the cork just crumbles.”

“I have bought everything from, frozen whole and diced chilies, to multiple hot sauces, frozen rellenos and chimichangas, and bottled green and red chilies. All are excellent. This is a wonderful company and will support their business. Customer service and products are second to none”

“Son in law loved em !!! Grand kids did to haha .. I plan on ordering mild for myself and I’ll get them a step up from the medium n go hot . Only thing I’d do diff if I were in your packing facility is, put something between all the bags of chilies before freezing. They were so frozen together you couldn’t get em apart from each other .. very minor but it would be better to get a package at a time vs thawing whole five lbs to separate..”

“SIMPLY THE BEST OF ALL CHILI, I USED TO STOP IN ALBUQUERQUE N.M. BACK IN THE MID 80'S WHILE TRUCK DRIVING, AND THE "HATCH" CHILI HAS BEEN THE BEST IN MY FAMILY FOR YEARS, THE WAY YOU MAKE IT, BOTTLE IT, IS THE BEST. WE REALLY LOVE YOUR HATCH CHILI... THANK YOU FOR MAKING OUR LIVES EASY...”

“I live in Texas but from NM. I love the Hatch green chili. I'm so happy to find the 505 chili in the stores here. I ordered the red chili online. I'm disabled and it's difficult for me to make it at times. But it's soo delicious, I don't wanna go without it. It's a little pricey for me but I have to pay it. Thank you ⚘️”

“Second order of the Frozen green chiles and we love them. Upped the heat level this time to medium and have used them to make vegan faux chicken hot wing style dip. Also made vegetarian taco night and drizzled piping hot green Chile’s on them. Crazy good when flavored with fresh lime juice. Will keep onnn be ordering!”

“My wife and I moved from Philadelphia to New Mexico in 2001 and stayed for 16 yrs before having to move back EAST. I fell in love with New Mexico food, especially Chile. We searched high and low for fresh Chile at many different food markets before coming across The Hatch Chile Store. This was a double bonus because I could not only order fresh Chile to roast and store but also I could get the mild green chile that my senior stomach needs. I have since ordered Salsa and Green Chile Powder to begin building the New Mexico kitchen I crave. The products are authentic and first class, the prices are great and the service and shipping seal the deal. Ole! to The Hatch Chile Store.”
