“As a native of NM, I love hatch. I currently am on CA, so I get it for Xmas presents. Some complained that it was too hot. Not a problem put on top an over-medium egg, or try sour cream on top. Both really help and are very tasty, sometimes I just do one or the other because its good.”

“I previously ordered hot and medium seeds and had outstanding results. After reading reviews on your roasted and peeled chile I decided to order. The reviews said mild had ok flavor and the hot was only mild so I ordered hot. I received the order on schedule and made a pot of pork green chili. We were unable to eat as it was so spicy we had to toss it. When I grew chile I always mixed 50% medium and 50% Hot.”

“I quit your store a while back becuz I placed an order and over 50% was broken and the package was drenched in chili. I emailed with no results. I placed a new order and explained what happened and decided to give a second chance on ordering chili in the jars. Nice to see you listen. My order was so well packed nothing could possibly get broken. So I'm here in Florida enjoying recipes from my home in New Mexico with great chili. And loving all the new recipes you send out!!”

“I made a small mistake last year when I placed my order. I ordered too much Hatchup. I should have ordered way more mustard. My last order was for mustard and jalapeño so I am well supplied now. I don't recommend the chili Relleno's as they were not the Tex-Mex I thought they would be. But you mustard has to be one of the best in the world.”

“I ordered 5 lbs of frozen green chile (medium, roasted peeled and chopped). The product came within the delivery window stated and was frozen solid with dry ice as promised. How nice it is to defrost a 1 lb. bag of already prepped chile. The chile was nice and plump chopped approximately 1" dice. I've used it now in 4 different dishes and the flavor is fantastic. On the heat level I would put it between mild and medium, but I like things pretty hot, so I would say this is fairly rated as medium. My next purchase will be "hot". At $70 for 5 lbs, it may seem a little pricy. However considering it is February and in NYC, I'm thrilled I can get this kind of quality and authenticity.”

“Hatch chiles are the best. My spouse grew up in NM and AZ and they are the only green chiles he will eat. He gets no argument from me! The chile rellenos are just as good as homemade and ever so much easier. Just heat a little oil in a skillet and brown. Serve with green chile enchilada sauce. Easy dinner. Have been using the frozen green chiles for years for green chile stew. One of our favorite meals. Just bought salsa for the first time, but haven't had a chance to try it yet. I'm sure it won't disappoint.”
