“I ordered Hatch Chili Bacon, Tamales, and whole mild Hatch Green Chilies. I understand the bacon was delayed. I would have appreciated a shipment of Chilies when they were available even if there was a separate shipping charge. All someone had to do is ask if I wanted the separate shipment.”

“I enjoy Hatch products. However, I received an order on 12 July. I received the chili rellenos I ordered, but did not receive the bacon I ordered. I was gone 14-21 July and asked for the bacon to be sent today, 24 July. So far, no notice of bacon being shipped today.”

“Have ordered several different products during the last few years. Whole green, mild chilis. Frozen chopped mild chilis. Several different sauces, mild and medium. Quality and order delivery are consistently great. In fact I just used a half pound of their frozen mild chopped green chilis in my latest batch of green chili pork verde. Superb.”

“Love The Hatch Chile Store! We've ordered for quite a few years now on the recommendation from New Mexico cousins. For the first time last year we got frozen-- it's the only way to go for us! The roasting process is fun, but we live in an apartment and eat too many green chiles, lol. We doubled our order this year-- 5 pounds chopped and 5 pounds whole. Got in on the preorder sale, and had them within a week. Thanks Hatch Chile Store-- your on our list to visit when we visit New Mexico!!! 👍👍👍”
