“I have been ordering from Hatch Chili Store for years now and I have to say their Chili's are the best. I live in Florida and when these chili's get delivered they are farm fresh and delicious. I am originally from Colorado and no stranger to authentic Mexican food. Florida's idea of Mexican food is Taco Hell. I make relleno's and a huge batch of pork green chili and I'm telling you their chili's are TOP SHELF.. Thank you Hatch Chili...Your the BEST and very fast shipping”

“The chile this year is the best ever. Huge and nearly perfect. As I put them in the dishtub to wash, I kept waiting to see what was hidden at the bottom of the box, but they were 90% “amazing” and 10% “really nice”. Chile for dinner!”

“Box of beautiful chiles arrived quickly, and they are big! Immediately seeded two of them, stuffed them with goat cheese and toasted in 400 degree oven for 15-minutes. Easily peeled the skin and devoured it in minutes! Maybe I should've purchased two boxes?”

“If you want truly authentic x-hot chillis, these are the best ones. I lived in Truth or Consequences for 27yrs. and always looked forward to chilli harvest. Nothing here in Arizona even comes close to these.”

“I grew up in New Mexico and now I live over 1k miles away. The chilies here don’t come close! Knowing that I can get quality true hatch peppers is amazing. I ordered the chilies and tamales. Very pleased. They were thawed when they got to me but like I said over 1k miles and we had a HOT few months so that may be the culprit behind them thawing.”

“When I worked in NM I became hooked on Hatch chili peppers. They do not make it east for sale so I have to order them. LOVE the extra hot! I gave some to my coworkers and they ordered more from your store. Keep up the great work!”

“Ordered the bacon the first order had a bad odor to it ,the replacement order was delivered and there was no dry ice left and the bacon was not even cool to the touch and had to be thrown out. I requested a refund but have not seen anything yet.”

“I purchased some of the whole roasted chilis on a whim and Im very happy with them. 10 lbs of frozen chilis take up a bit of realestate in the freezer but well worth it. I chose "hot" and they are fairly frisky. Too hot for my husband. Good. More for me. HA! Linda Sequim WA”
