“I’m a lifetime resident of Michigan and have very good success growing jalapeños, habaneros, but when it comes to a New Mexico chile it’s only Hatch for me and I will only buy from where they’re grown. The 10 pound box of extra hot fresh chiles I ordered arrived to me in great condition, they are beautiful peppers. I have them roasted and in the freezer stored in glass storage containers. I will be ordering more next year from the Hatch Chiles store.”

“I am so in love with ese guys that my husband is jealous. I ordered mild and then medium and hope to make one more order of chilies for roasting. I was curious to see what the tamales and chimichangas were like (for my husband - hoping to sooth his jealousy). It worked! The tamales and chimichangas are wonderful and now I know when I have to travel, he can find his love in the freezer ;)”

“I grew up in Showlow, Arizona . now I live in Humboldt County California. California chilies are nothing like hatch chilies and I’m happy you guys are able to send them”

“We are green chile lovers, but living in Boston meant relying on the occasional bag of frozen chile whenever we visited family. But in 2011 I discovered Berridge Farms and the Hatch Chile Store and they have helped to satisfy our green chile fix ever since. Now, our green chile roast has become an annual event. With pozole, beans, red chile stew, and all the fixins for Frito pies, for one glorious evening I can pretend I’m back in Santa Fe. The folks at the Hatch Chile Store are really great, and the product is wonderful – meaty fresh pods that arrive on my doorstep ready to roast. Highly recommended! And their prepared foods too – the frozen chile rellenos are another family favourite 😉”
