“My mom received green chili and immediately upon opening her box stated how thick the green chili was. She immediately roasted and stored it for dinners to come. I love that we can order directly from where my mother’s dad picked chili peppers for years.”

“My chilies came fresh and are delicious! I immediately roasted them and have been enjoying them immensely. I miss chili season in NM with the propane barrel roasters vendors. But now I have a taste of heaven in my freezer. All the way to Pa. Thank you. I am a repeat customer!”

“Aloha! I ordered 25lbs of hot chile and had them shipped to me out in Hawaii. It was received fresh and not a single one went bad during the shipping. The chiles were delicious and I will definitely be ordering again . Mahalo!”

Hi Katherina, We are sorry about the situation. Without photos, we cannot replace a box of chile. It is our company policy to document any spoiled chile before sending a free reshipment. This is simply the best way for us to standardize all fresh order reshipments. Since you do not have any photos of the chile, would you be willing to pay for only the shipping cost if we sent you another box? We have sent you a personal email with this offer as well. “I fell in love with Hatch green chile when I moved to New Mexico. When we had to move back to virginia I was pretty sad. Being able to order from you all this year was such a great treat. Chilies arrived quickly. We roasted and peeled them, and immediately began adding them to food. This state could use some amazing recipes with this chile in it.”
