“Ordering was fast and easy. The Shipment arrived within a couple days. The chilies were fresh, fragrant and delicious! We also ordered dried new Mexico chilies and I can’t wait to use them for sauces.”

“I ordered from this company twice already this year. They really do work hard at their job. I recently sent my annual order to my BFF who's from New Mexico but now on the east coast. The shipping was sent out air but a certain brown truck dropped the ball. The beautiful chilis were ruined. Thank goodness I ordered air freight and paid extra for damage in shipping. My friend 5 days later got her second order perfectly okay. Thank you Hatch for such a great job. I am grateful for such service. a Texas customer.”

“I ordered 20 lb hot and another 20 lb medium chopped Hatch chili and they shipped it on a Wednesday. Lo and behold it arrived on Thursday and my UPS store post office box but I couldn't pick it up because they were closed by the time I got there. The shipment ended up sitting in there office through the weekend and I picked it up on Monday. This wasn't their problem it was mine but the good thing is everything was still frozen, the dry ice wasn't there anymore but all the chili bags were still frozen wow that's all I can say. I tried the chili and it is excellent. I will probably by here again next year it was so convenient little expensive but well worth it thank you goes out to the hatch Green chili store”

“I had a successful transaction with this company.shipping was fast. Packing was beyond the normal, Amazon could learn a lot from this company. Customer service was exceptional. They offer shipping insurance on their products for a reasonable price. Their product was satisfactory, I purchased the sun dried red Chile sauce. It's not quite the red Chile sauce I'm us3d to but it was good.”

“I was born, raised and lived in New Mexico for 59 years but recently moved to New Hampshire. I order frozen green chile, chile rellenos, pork tamales and every jar of red chile & enchilada sauce offered. The orders are always shipped on time and kept safe & frozen via Fed Ex. The flavors are as wonderful as it was back in NM. Next year I will order fresh and roast my own. We Luv' The Hatch Chile Store!”
