“The first box of Chile Rellenos was melted and informed Hatch's and they quietly sent me one with 2 days that was still frozen. They are very responsive. I got to speak to a very nice lady and she took down information and delivered. I am so happy they are a caring business, because we love there Chile Relleno's. Living in Montana it is hard to find a real Pablano Pepper. Thank you a San Diego Transplant in Montana. Kathi Quick”

“My kitchen smells of the beautiful Hatch chiles just delivered via FedEx. I was very concerned after the USPS presented a crushed box full of rotten peppers that they never delivered. The Hatch Chile Store stood by their promise. Thank you from Atlantic Beach Florida.”

“Every few months or so, I purchase a big ole bag of the Hatch Dried Red Chile Peppers (mild). I have Celiac Disease and I make my own Chile Powder from these. I also use these in cooking various dishes that I make. I love them and they last forever. Fantastic, wholesome, real taste. Words can't say enough good about them.”

“My order was sent to my daughter in Panama City Beach, FL. She roasted and froze the Big Jims and will be happy until next year’s crop! Delivery was on time and fasr assuring freshness.”

“Last year I purchased mild so this year I bought the big jim medium thinking there would be a little more kick. However it still tasted like the mild. Or maybe it's just me. So next year I will buy half & half of medium and hot. However the chiles were great when they arrived. I started roasting and peeling and cooking the same day. They were a good size and in great condition. I definitely will buy again.”
