“I received a phone call from the Hatch Chile Store on 7/28 with an apology that my hatch order was lost by FedEx and a replacement was being expedited. It is end the day on 7/31 and so far no hatch have arrived. I’m not sure what level of expedites was used but I know originally paid a premium for shipping when I preordered. I’m curious when my order will arrive and what customer recovery looks like for Hatch Chile Store.”

“Just finished charing and freezing my peppers...the house smells amazing. 1st batch had some spoilage but 2nd replacement batch delivered quickly in great shape. Will recommend to everyone!!”

“The Hatch Chiles store makes purchasing Hatch Chiles easy on their site. My order came early this season and taste amazing. My local markets don't even have Hatch Chiles yet. I appreciate the quality of the chilies received. The hot temperature are so flavorful. They are a welcome complement any recipe you add them to.”

“I told you they were rotting on arrival. You wanted a picture, but I had already thrown them out. I've never received them in that condition before. I thought pre-ordering and guaranteed freshness would eliminate that. That's what I get for guessing. Have a nice day.”

“Had a chance to visit Hatch, NM during harvest/roasting season two years ago and fell in love. Haven't been able to get back. Decided to order 5 lbs of Big Jim/Charger and 5 lbs of Sandia and have them delivered to upstate NY. They arrived in fantastic shape and I roasted them on my grill. The Chargers were huge!!! The Sandia nice and hot! You have a new customer every harvest. Thank you for a quality product!!”

“They arrived today via priority flat rate box that was crushed and damaged. Last year my Chile came in a vented rigid box. It seems in the closed bod chiles over ripened.”

“The good part first: the chilies were very fresh & I can’t wait to get cooking! The bad part: there were no instructions to the shipper to deliver this to my door. Instead, it was placed in a metal post box at the end of my street. They had been in that box for over 24 hours when I got the email that they had arrived. I live in Florida. Needless to say, I could have lost the entire shipment to rot in our heat & humidity. I was lucky. Please, put ship to door, not mailboxes.”

“Hatch chile is a unique pepper grown in the Hatch Valley of New Mexico. While other people may say they have better chile, there is no chile in the world like that produced in the Hatch Valley. ... Thank you for excellent customer service, shipment of product and how fresh the the peppers were. Will definitely buy again!”

“I recently moved from Taos as a Native New Mexican, cannot live without my Green Chile!!! It was shipped and arrived 2 days later, only one Chile had started to go had so of course I was impressed!! It’s roasted, peeled and frozen here in Florida. I am going to need a lot more!!!!!!🤪👍🏼”
