“Our Chili’s once again arrived to Chillicothe Ohio without incident. My wife and I spent the next morning processing and preparing our “green” for the freezer or for immediate use. I was apprehensive about pre ordering as far in advance as we did, however the Hatch Store communicated non stop the steps that were completed in the process right up to when the Chili’s shipped along with tracking numbers. Finally and most importantly the Chili’s did not disappoint, my food and I both love this time of year. One reminder wear gloves when removing and preparing the Chili. Thanks for a great experience! George”

“Cooking shows on the Food Network highlighting Hatch Chiles intrigued me to want to use them in my own cooking. Searching 'hatch chile' led me to The Hatch Chile Store site, I ordered mixed red & green roasted & chopped chilies, jars of salsa and fresh Hatch chilies. All of these have proven to be outstanding in flavor. I have shared both the fresh and the roasted mixed chilies with family. Definitely will be a regular visitor to their website.”

“The Big Jim's were sent to my son who lives in Denver. He texted some pictures to me and they looked wonderful. He made his own version of green chili and texted more pictures. The family loved eating it.”

“The chilies arrived in perfect condition. I roasted them on the grill, peeled and seeded them and they're great. Excellent flavor and a good amount of heat ( I got the hot) perfect for burgers. I would definitely recommend your products.”

“Unfortunately, my last order did not fare well in the mail. Several peppers were spoiled so I didn’t get my money’s worth. However, this won’t stop me from reordering as this was the first time that this had happened.”

“Having been enjoying Chile Rellenos every day since we received out 10 pound shipment. Unfortunately we lost quite a few Chiles in shipment. The loss of Chiles and the cost of shipment makes the rellenos quite expensive. I guess that's the price one has to pay for excellent Chiles.”

“I’ve been buying products with the Hatch Chile Store for two years now, and always super pleased with their quality and prices! I’ve gotten jarred sauces, fresh Chiles which I roasted at home and then froze, and also purchased their frozen chilis and frozen tamales. Can you say I’m obsessed? Lol! It’s that good. Especially in this crazy COVID time, it’s so good to fix good food for your family and having The Hatch Chile Store is great. I’m so grateful I gave them a try.”
