Green chile order came early this year! Almost all stayed green and zero spoilage! They were perfect.

Ordered 3 jars (2 medium and 1 hot) of the roasted chile sauce. Items were shipped quickly and packaged very well. The sauces were some of the best I've ever tried. My family is going through them quickly, so I will definitely be ordering more very soon!

My family and I have been eating Hatch Green Chile for most of our lives since I moved away it is so convenient that they ship it to you the staff at Hatch Green Chile they are very awesome helpful kind patient it would go out of their way to make sure that you receive your chili I will continue to buy Hatch Green Chile thank you for your wonderful service

Third year in a row having 50 lbs of Hatch green chilie delivered to my door in western AZ. I’m hoping for 30 more. I got the table top chilie roaster this year also. Highly recommend it. Five stars!

I ordered two 25 pound boxes this year. Everything was great! Very few of the chiles had gone soft during shipping (maybe 2 or 3 in each box) and they tasted great!

Arrived on time and in good condition! Big Jims are huge! But next year I'm going with all hots. More/better flavor.

This year we ordered 25 lbs of Big Jim and 10 lbs of the hot Sandia and as usual the fruit exceeds expectation but we were disappointed in the spoilage rate on the Big Jim variety which was much higher than in previous years. The Sandia chiles arrived unfazed by the shipment.

Hello Michael, I see that you contacted our customer service team and we advised you that the order you received was an order of Big Jim/Charger. Your order was delivered early July 16 and as of today, we are still waiting on the Mild harvest which contains Machete/Joe parker. Rest assured the order you received was a box of Big Jim/ Charger. We had many reports from our QA team that this years harvest was running hotter than usual. The batch that was used to fulfill your order was one of the first batches that was reported as, “hotter than usual”, by our team. In goodwill we offered tips on how to ensure that you not remove the heat from the peppers and offered you a discount on our Sandias which is the next heat level up. However, we did not get a response from you. Our offer still stands and we would be more than happy to send a box of the next heat level for you to try. We always do everything we can on our end to ensure that our customers are happy with our products if they are willing to work and communicate with us. We hope you reach out to us and allow us an opportunity to provide the quality of service that we are known for.

Amazing! If you are missing the New Mexican Green Chili taste, this is the place to go. I got carefully packed fresh green chilies, smells like heaven, tastes authentic!

Good Chile/ Only had 3 over ripe. Made Large amount of Salsa, Still have many left, Working on how to use them, or Dry them. Will or again next year.

This is by far the worst company to do business with. 18 of my peppers were either ROTTEN or VERY WILTED! Which would be about 3-4 pounds worth. Instead of shipping more peppers as an honest business should to keep their customer happy. Their solution was to give me 10% off my next order. Why would some want to do business with people who couldn't get it right the first time. I just want my money put into my account for the lost goods.

Hi James, We have done our best to ensure quality customer service for you regarding your order for 25lbs of Medium Fresh Hatch Green Chile. After one of the phone calls that you had with our Customer Service Manager, we gave you a store credit to compensate for FedEx delivering your package 1 day late. You paid for 2-Day and it took 3 days to arrive, so we credited you the difference for the shipping cost. This credit was issued so that you could apply it to a future order of Hot Fresh Hatch Green Chile, as you specifically requested. We also issued you a partial refund to compensate for the amount of chile that you received in poor condition. You ordered a 25lb box, which would be approximately 250 chiles. Given that 18 of them were bad, you lost 7.2% to spoilage. We issued a 10% refund for this spoilage. All of our calls are recorded automatically, and we have replayed the recording to verify this. We have offered several solutions to ensure that you are compensated for the issues with your order. We have also asked what more we could do for you, as we always welcome customer feedback regarding our resolution processes. Any feedback we receive is appreciated and carefully considered.
