“Beautiful and delicious New Mexican green chilies. They roasted well and made my apartment smell like home again. Mediums this year are pretty mild. I'd go HOT for medium and X-hot for properly hot.”

“I became obsessed with chiles after a visit to Santa Fe. When I got back home I researched how to get fresh chiles and The Hatch Chile Store did not disappoint! My 10# box arrived and I quickly started roasting them. My house smelled fantastic! And I’ve had chiles in some form every day since they arrived! They were beautiful! Huge and gorgeous color! It took over a month to arrive, but I ordered very early!!”

“I ordered 5lbs of medium fresh peppers as a birthday gift for a friend who used to love Hatch peppers when he was living in Texas. The peppers arrived quickly and were fresh and in good condition. My friend was very happy with the gift and we thoroughly enjoyed his delicious stuffed peppers!!! Very flavorful and just the right amount of spice. We will be making this a tradition!”

“I ordered 25 lbs of medium Big Jims and they arrived in great shape. They are beautiful but maybe somewhere between medium and mild so far. No problem though, I will just order hot in a while.”

“Very Pleased with my Order! It was received very quickly and nice and Fresh. They kept me well I formed of my order, pick and delivery time. We made a nice batch with some pork to have enchiladas and it heat was great! Will be ordering again if we can’t drive to New Mexico to purchase! Thank you!!”

“I have ordered from your company for two years, now. I have been very satisfied with delivery and very little spoiled chili’s. Out of both 100 lbs I got only 4 spoiled chili’s. I have referred some of my friends and relatives who live out of state. Thank you for the wonderful tasting, chili’s.”

“This is my second year of ordering fresh Hatch chilies online. Ordering is easy. An email is sent to let you know when your chilies will be shipped and you can track your order. My orders have always arrived fresh and without damage. And of course it goes without saying - there is nothing in the world like a Hatch chili!”

Hi Mary, After looking at your account, I see that you placed an order for our X-Hot fresh chiles. We are still waiting on the harvest for these to meet our quality standards before we begin to ship them out to our customers. Making sure that our chile meets these standards is very important to us as this is the way we make sure that our chile will endure the hot temperatures they are subject to during transit. We would really hate to ship these out to our customers, and they arrive spoiled. We understand that our customers anxiously await chile season and sometimes the wait can seem a bit too long.
