“Selection delivered roasted well and are exceptionally delicious. Less than 10% of 25 lb box was spoiled. Ordered the last 2 years. Always tasty and good heat.”

“The chile is delicious and just the right amount of heat. Roasted the entire box the day it arrived. Only one chile out of the 25 lbs was bad. All but about 10 were long, straight and perfect for roasting. The super crooked are great raw and in salsa though so there was no loss.”

“I absolutely love you guys! I have been getting 25 lbs every year for at least 10 years now... the customer service is amazing....the Chile's this year were the best ever.....so fresh, so meaty and large....absolutely no spoiled or moldy ones....LOVE!”

“We got our 25 pounds of chiles on a Friday and spent a few hours on Saturday roasting and peeling. Later that night we made pizza with Hatch chiles and salami. You made two Floridians very happy! Sure hope the 25 pounds gets us through till next season! Your chiles are the best!”

“This is my second year ordering fresh green chile from the Hatch Chile Store. I’m from Las Cruces but now live in Virginia. The chile arrived fresh and I roasted it the next day! I highly recommend The Hatch Chile Store for all your Chile needs.”

“I ordered 25lbs of chilies. They arrived in a few days to Northern AL. I only lost 4 or 5 peppers due to spoilage. That's good for summer heat shipping! I roasted them and the taste great!!!!!!!”
