“I was very happy with the first order we received. The Chile is perfect! I decided to get another 25lb box recently and I'm waiting on that now. I'm sure it will be just as good! I'm a Chile fanatic and Hatch Chile store is awesome!”

“The package arrived on time and in peak freshness. I like to roast mybown so I am always worried about how much rot we will have. I lost a total of 8 chiles in a 24lb box. The flavor is fantastic and I roasted them using pecan wood. I need to order one last batch☺️”

“Where I live in Ohio I never had hatch chili peppers, I decided to order some and see what all the talk I was hearing was about now I know, My order arrived in really good fresh condition and I found a new pepper for me to cook with and add to the fermented hot sauces I make, I will be ordering next season.”

“I placed my order shortly before Hurricane Ian hit my farm dead on in SW Florida. This was my third season ordering from The Hatch Chili Store. I reached out to their team about the status and they replied promptly willing to help if the chilis were not good upon arrival. The chilis arrived the next day and although the box was broken I ended up only losing a few. The quality and taste of the chilis are always the best. Customer for life!”

“Delicious! Our chiles arrived exactly when expected. They were fresh and perfect. No damage to the box, came with Fed Ex. The chiles were nice sized and mostly all straight. We’ve already made several batches of green chile stew for fall! I’ve already put in another order. Great company, great service!”
