“The Hatch Chile store is amazing!! Ordering the Chile was a simple process. Receiving it was amazing you open the box and the smell of fresh Chile fills your house. I ordered from Hawaii and had it shipped here to my home and it arrived three days later just like they said it would. I only had a couple of bad chiles but I expected that being shipped so far. Can’t wait to to order more . I’ll be a repeat customer for sure!”

“So not that it was your fault, Due to hurricane Ian I had to make an emergency trip to South Florida and the chilis were delivered and we lost all of them. Thinking back on the rain delay and our shipment of chilis I think we could have a better process for shipment notification. Just for the record, I know Mother nature played a big part in my order. Food for thought for next season.”

“Product is excellent. The delivery to San Antonio,Tx this last time was not so good. I ordered 1 box of extra hot, 1 box of medium, and 1 box of mild, each box of 25 pounds; on delivery all boxes arrived at the same time and in very good shape. I started roasting chile that same day and the extra hot and medium only 3 or 4 chiles were not good to roast; but the mild box had half of the product spoiled! It hurt my heart to throw away those large meaty chiles that we’re spoiled.😢”

“The Hatch Chile Store came through! We ordered, I had a question they responded immediately and changed the order. The Chile arrived exactly on time and it was in perfect condition. We roasted over the weekend and it grilled and peeled really well. Tastes wonderful!”

“50 pounds arrived fresh and smelling wonderful! I roasted them the next day and everyone in my neighborhood here in Southern Alabama wanted to know what I was “cooking” on my grill. I now have a great supply to get me through the year! I’ll be sharing a huge pot of green Chile with all the neighbors at the Christmas chile cook off! Thank you for your great product!”
