“Our order arrived on time and fresh. I ordered the medium variety as I was not certain of the heat categories. Next time I will choose a bit hotter. I am very pleased with the company’s handling of my order.”

“Ordered a medium 5 lb box arrived with all chiles looking fresh and we roasted within 1-2 days and individually froze and put in a ziploc to pull out throughout the year. The medium was just right, there was some kick in some of them and some of them were milder so just to our liking. I would order again (and will) until I can make the trek in Aug-Sept to the Hatch Valley myself for the festival and buy in person. A great option here in Portland, Oregon to assure we get these great peppers for our cooking!”

“We so appreciate the orders we have received from The Hatch Chili Store. We are AZ transplants in FL and fondly remember the Hatch Chili runs in our past adventures bringing home a bushel or two of the fragrant treasures to share with family and friends. Now we are happy to get 10 lbs that were roasted at home and prepared for future use. The flavor is superb, although we would have liked the roasted chili a little warmer, but recognize every growing season is different. It’s such a pleasure to have a little of home in my kitchen so I can make our favorite Sonoran Mexican food. The green chili beef and green chili chicken were “destroyed” rapidly by my family. I just wish FL had real oversized flour tortillas but the Mexican food here is influenced more by Puerto Rico and Cuban cuisines than our traditional Mexican food enjoyed in NM and AZ. Thank you for a taste of home. I can make my own Chili Rellenos with fresh Hatch Chilis today!”

“I placed another order for the green chile and added HOT--the red/green combo was a bit tame in Med so the hot will add an extra kick. We're old friends of New Mexico and Hatch. Looking forward to moving back next year!”

“This is my first time ordering from Hatch Chile store. They had rainy days there and the order was delayed but that's mother nature! The box arrived fresh and the product was excellent! Been eating it every day on something or another. Love it ! Will definitely be doing business again!”

“We traveled to Hatch this year for the 50th and secured 3, 40# bags of fresh Chile from one of the vendors downtown to take back to Central Texas. Two bags of Big Jim medium and one bag of Sandia Hot. The hot bag was marked differently but I mentioned to my wife as we were putting them on ice for the trip home that they all looked like Big Jim's and guess what they were, so we had an abundance of great tasting medium chile but no hot's. After being home for a few days I decided to get online and get some shipped. My first stop was The Hatch Chile Store where I ordered a 25# box of Sandia Hot. They shipped one day later than expected but arrived two days later in excellent shape, firm and crisp, no limp soldiers in the box. I put them on ice in a large cooler and will be roasting them in our Az. Sonoran Chile Roaster this afternoon. I took one inside and roasted on the stove top for a taste test. The flavor, heat level, and texture met my high expectations. Thank you, I would order from your store in the future with the confidence that I would receive a quality product as advertised in a timely manner. Sock”

“I recently ordered and received a chile ristra (treated) from the Hatch Chile Store. It was packaged well and arrived undamaged and in good shape. It's now hanging in my living room where it's enhancing my New Mexican decor. I'm pleased with my purchase and the friendly, timely answers I received when I had a question. “My 10lb. box arrived today, and all of the peppers made it through shipping 100% A-Okay. My adult daughter got hooked on the poppers I bought at a local grocery and demanded half my order. Us Missouri folks can only get a limited quantity of these little jewels during the growing season, so this is like Xmas to us.”
