“Hello I have put in a order of extra hot peppers which I did not receive because it was a miss pick so in the last two weeks I have been waiting for you guys to ship me the right peppers and you have told me because it is raining a lot at HATCH New Mexico is the reason I have not received them So I haven’t heard from you guys for about a week and a half so I am still waiting”

“Delivery was very quick and we appreciate that being on the east coast, however the heat factor was less than expected. The website they were hotter than normal so we went medium and most have been mild still tasty but not the heat we wanted.”

“If you can't find Hatch Green Chiles locally, The Hatch Green Chile Store is the only place I order them from. I've sent them to North Dakota and Wisconsin and they arrive on time with no spoilage. Customer service is fantastic”

“1st time ordering and won't be the last! Superior quality and flavor. Peppers are meaty and fresh. Not a one looked close to over-ripe. Delivered in a sturdy box w air pockets, so you get the awesome green chili aroma before you even open it. So good!”

“Love my Chile from The Hatch Chile Store!!! This is my Third year in a row. They always arrive in excellent shape. Then I roast within 2 days. I have roasted them on the grill and in the oven on broiler - in both cases putting them in a brown grocery bag to steam after. Then putting them in freezer bags to last the rest of the year. They are a little expensive upfront and it takes an afternoon to 'put them up' for keeping. But, when you consider they last a year and taste better than anything you can get 'pre-made' in a can or jar - it is so worth it and likely not that expensive per serving! Though I have been known to eat a whole gallon bag by myself in one sitting. =) P.S. This year I pre-ordered. Then due to surgery July wasn't a convenient time to get then. Hatch Chile customer service responded quickly and had no problem holding my shipment for a more convenient time!!”

“I lived in New Mexico and loved to buy and roast and freeze chiles to use during the year. Their are no better chiles than hatch. I would visit New Mexico often just to buy hatch chiles. But now, I can get them delivered fresh in 1 day. Thank you hatch chili store!”

“I lurches big Jim’s and Sandia’s. Big Jim’s came in perfect. The Sandias had several chilies that looked like something had eaten on them. The box was wet on one corner. Not up to the expected standards!”
