“Ordered my chilis late but got them in a couple or so weeks and started to roast them immediately. I only found 6 or 8 that I had to pitch out of the 25 lbs. They are so beautiful and tasty and am looking forward to a big batch of green chili from my recipe from my time in Flagstaff with my lovely neighbor Evelyn. Eve turned my wife and me on to the green chili by ordering 50 lbs of Hot Hatch chilis back in 1978 and splitting them with us. My wife found out the hard way about pealing the chilis and spent the night with her inflamed hands soaking in water because of the fire from the chili. For you Eve.”

“Another great year for ordering our batch of hot chilis ,arrived in great condition was given updates on packaging arriving so we were prepared to roast them upon arrival, some I dry for later most are frozen to enjoy through the year,”

“We moved to South Carolina this year and absolutely love it. Coming from Colorado we assumed chiles were a way of life everywhere. We were wrong. We are very to happy with the Hatch chile store and will be using them again next season. We went with 10 lbs shipped in 2 days and roasted them ourselves. Delicious.”

“I purchased a 25 pound box of hot green chile on Labor Day night (Monday). I received my order in a timely manner and the chile was perfect. All chile pods were perfect. I couldn’t believe it. I will definitely be doing all my chile purchases from you in the future. Thank you guys so much.”

“I grew up in Albuquerque, NM and later El Paso, TX. I have had the great pleasure of visiting Hatch, NM at the time of year when it mattered most - chile season. Now that I'm in Houston and the drive is not feasible The Hatch Chile Store lets me enjoy not just the best damn chilis anywhere but serves them up with a bushel of nostalgia.”

“The package arrived on time and in peak freshness. I like to roast mybown so I am always worried about how much rot we will have. I lost a total of 8 chiles in a 24lb box. The flavor is fantastic and I roasted them using pecan wood. I need to order one last batch☺️”

“Where I live in Ohio I never had hatch chili peppers, I decided to order some and see what all the talk I was hearing was about now I know, My order arrived in really good fresh condition and I found a new pepper for me to cook with and add to the fermented hot sauces I make, I will be ordering next season.”

“I placed my order shortly before Hurricane Ian hit my farm dead on in SW Florida. This was my third season ordering from The Hatch Chili Store. I reached out to their team about the status and they replied promptly willing to help if the chilis were not good upon arrival. The chilis arrived the next day and although the box was broken I ended up only losing a few. The quality and taste of the chilis are always the best. Customer for life!”

“Delicious! Our chiles arrived exactly when expected. They were fresh and perfect. No damage to the box, came with Fed Ex. The chiles were nice sized and mostly all straight. We’ve already made several batches of green chile stew for fall! I’ve already put in another order. Great company, great service!”
