“I ordered 20 pounds of your hottest Chili. I received a very bland chili that was not very good. When I contacted your company and told him I would never order any more chili your company offered me to straighten out the order and send me a new 20 pounds of their hottest chili. So far, I have not seen it and would like to know if you’re going to keep your promise and when this would happen?Until you keep your promise I would not recommend your company.”

“I have ordered Hatch chiles from the Hatch Chile Store for several years running now, and am always delighted at the quality of the peppers. They arrive promptly and in great shape, ready for roasting. The communication and follow-through is a real bonus, too, with e-mails to check on the delivery and condition of the peppers. I recommend subscribing to the mailing list, too: we have gotten some really nice, flavorful recipes, too. I roast them, and freeze them whole (unpeeled) and enjoy them all through the long Maine winters.”

“Service was excellent, return calls and return emails were very prompt customer service was exceptional. I thought my delivery was going to be delayed because of the storms and rain which I was OK with but it showed up on the original date.”

“I am a New Mexico native, and have been out of the state since 1978. I order Hatch chile every year in the fall, and freeze or can it after roasting. I've used the Hatch Chile Store since at least 2011, when they were still Berridge Farm! The product quality is excellent, and the customer support as well. On the rare occasion where I've had spoilage in transit, they have promptly replaced the chile for me. Highly recommend them and wish them continued success! They are also instrumental in keeping the Hatch name protected, and support many farms in the area. All the best!”

“Theses people go the extra mile to fulfill orders and with customer service and care. The products themselves are great. There was an issue with my order not of their making but they made it right immediately. The products are always fresh and will meet and exceed your expectations. “I ordered the Xtra Hot fresh green chile. I am disappointed. I have had mostly medium and a few hot ones. Most of them were mild to me so far. Other than that they came in good fresh condition. I could have paid a lesser price locally for mild. I can't get Xtra hot locally, so I paid the higher price of wanting Xtra hot. Sam”

“My experience was excellent! Had a small issue( user error) shipping to a third party. Contacted customer service and it was quickly and expertly resolved! I recommend The Hatch Chile Store!! I was only allowed to give it a 5. Wish I could give it a 10!!! Ken Bennington. Alb NM.”
