“Good clear instructions, immediate email confirmation for your order, quick delivery, great quality rugs. Only slight downside is the one day notice of delivery... doesn't give you much time to arrange to be in esp with no delivery window. However 2nd attempt delivery can be arranged.”

“Despite being given an estimated delivery of upto 10 working days, the rug arrived within a couple. Although it is perhaps not as grey as it looked on the website it still looks great in our kitchen. The only downside I have found is the way it was rolled - one of the short ends has been bent back on itself and it is still curled. Trying to weigh it down with books but I'm not convinced it will ever lie as nicely as the other end, which is a shame.”

“After some confusion and phone calls about the delivery which was delayed slightly, all was rectified and rug was delivered promptly. I am glad I didn't ask for a refund as the rug was good quality and very pleased with item.”

“Excellent circular shaggy rug, good quality and colours as in picture. Let down by couriers. I paid for Sat a.m delivery, waited all morning then phoned. They told me I was the next delivery but didn't appear at all. The rug seller did refund the delivery charge but I had a fruitless morning and early afternoon. My rug did eventually come the next day!”
