“Good Morning I feel the experience could be a little swifter, i only ordered a rug and took well over a week to be delivered, also the rug looked like it was cut from an offcut as was wonky on one end (not straight)... i didnt send it back as id been waiting a while without a rug in my hallway... That all being said i would visit the shop again as found the prices resonable, but as the saying goes you get what you pay for i suppose.”

“Driven to despair by non slip slipping door mats, I ordered some anti slip underlay from the Rug Seller. Useless. Fixed the problem with velcro”

“I was very pleased with my rug but when the order was placed it said it would be delivered in 1-5 days but after 7 days I hadn’t heard anything. After I rung they did actually deliver it the next day. I would have given the review 5 stars if they had delivered on time”

“Your company is fine, the quality of the rug is not. I already had a sheepskin rug, which was much cheaper to buy than yours, but is by far the superior of the two. This one just permanently dances across the floor due to the poor quality backing. I realise it says genuine sheepskin, but am beginning to wonder if there are other sorts of sheep! It really is sub-standard.”

“Whilst the customer service side of my experience with The Rug Seller was positive, the product (Buddy Rug runner) is not so good. The rug looks great and feels great under foot, but it slips dreadfully! We have it on carpet and just one walk on it will send it off on an angle, which in a hallway is very noticeable. The product information on The Rug Sellers site does state that it is non slip. Perhaps it is on a wood, laminate or a tiled floor, but it certainly isn't on carpet. Had a have known this I would not have purchased it as I find myself re aligning it several times a day. Annoying to say the least.”

“I recently replaced a Norison rug from the Rug Seller. ntical to the one I had bought some years previously. Silly me I expected the same Quality. It certainly had the same labels on it. It was certainly the same price. But no this rug is an inferior quality, much thinner - It is a deep pile rug 7' x 5' approx - not small. The old one had a much more dense pile and a thicker base. The new one has much less density of pile and I would expect will not last as long. If I had not already had one of these I would probably say the rug is ok, but maybe the Rug Seller needs to keep a check on the quality of goods he is receiving/passing on from manufacturers, as it is the Rug Seller who is getting the bad publicity. I only wish I had compared the two before getting rid of the old one - maybe then I could have taken pictures.”

“I bought a beautiful hall runner from The Rug Seller but the carpet grip, also purchased from The Rugseller, did not stop the runner from moving and gathering up into ridges. The carpet gripper gripped my hall carpet but did not grip the back of the hall runner. In my opinion, It was not fit for purpose. It took a nearly a week for customer service to properly respond to my complaint re the carpet gripper, but when they did, I was satisfied with the outcome. Both the runner and the carpet gripper arrived promptly.”

“The service was excellent and prompt. I purchased Rug Gripper, Anti slip Rug Mat .I am sorry to say my rug still moves around. I fitted it exactly as instructed, it does not move as much but I still have to keep putting it back in place. (disappointing)”

“Should have ordered the next size up, more expensive I know but I would have been more disappointed as the corner edges where it had been whipped (similar to an off cut of carpet) have frayed already (been down 2 days) and there’s just me and my husband here. Nice pattern effect but it is what it is.”
