“I ordered and paid for a rug at the beginning of April, I have had to ring numerous times for an update for a delivery date, each time being told it was in the warehouse and would be delivered shortly. The rug was finally delivered 29 May. I am very disappointed with the service I have received. A friend recommended me to The Rug Seller and she is also very disappointed. The rug was needed for a special occasion which has now passed, so I was let down and wont be ordering anything again.”

“Very pleased with my purchase, the site has plenty of choices and ordering is easy. The staff are very helpful too and are just a phone call away to sort out any problems. Delivery was quick and the rug was left in the safe place I had informed staff about. I can fully recommend them, rug is great, fits very well in my room and has been admired by all visitors. Well done rug seller”

“Great prices best around. Web site very easy to navigate. Pictures of rugs are very good. Rug is beautiful wasn’t disappointed. Once ordered Sent email saying delivery days 1 -10days is abit off putting.”

“I ordered two small rugs, one red and one green, intending to decide between them for my hall and landing. Both were vey close in colour to on screen and although the red one co-ordinated best with the stair carpet I like the green one so much I found a space for it in one of the bedrooms. I have since bought two more red ones.”

“Excellent service. Delivery was in a matter of 2-3 days. Rug was well packaged but easy to access which isn't always the case with these sorts of items.Rug is value for money but high quality. Rug Seller even e mail you to advise you how to care for the rug. Website is very easy to negotiate.Could not praise them highly enough. Would definitely use again and recommend.”

“The delivery service provided a tracking service which enabled me to plan for the delivery which was excellent. I have not unpacked the two rugs yet as I am in the middle of painting, however once the painting is finished I have no doubt the rugs will look fantastic.”
