“I did wait a long time for the rug after ordering as it was not in stock but was kept informed all the time so I knew when to expect it, when the rug arrived it is very nice and worth the wait, very pleased and will definetly be back when I need a new rug.”

“Rug was great, but we had to return it because the wife didn't like the colours when it turned up (it didn't look like it had Brown strands in the pics). We've reordered in a different colour but it's cost £14 to return it.”
