“Nice guys, probably nice rug, but never got it. Despite being promised it on the hour for three days in a row. Need to change their delivery company. Getting a refund as too late to give as present. Not good.”

“I must admit I was worried when I read some of the reviews and we had to wait about 5 weeks for our rug because it was out of stock but it arrived this week. Rug was shipped quickly as soon as it was available and the quality is very good. More than happy with our purchase. Also contacted customer service to confirm how long rug would take to come into stock and didn’t have any problems contacting them.”

“Having bought a kelim rug and been really happy with our purchase , my wife decided to buy the cushion covers which have the same colours as the rug . We both are over the moon with these the quality and manufacture are amazing and they match perfectly thank you very much”

“Ignoring the fact that the wrong rug was sent ( I ordered the green and ivory, I received cream and green). Ben and Anthony were most helpful with getting the correct one delivered and UPS service was brilliant considering it was a bank holiday. As regards to my round rug I am absolutely delighted with it at the hearth of my lounge, the colour is lovely and so soft to walk on. Many thanks.”

“I am delighted with my new rug. It's exactly how I expected to be and admired by many. The Rug Seller delivered exactly when they said they would, I can't find any fult with them at all. It's worth getting the non slip underlay, definately worth it, especially if the rug is going onto a wooden floor.”
