“Website picture of green rug matched as near as possible to one I already had to go with in my hall. The rug that was delivered was nothing at all like the picture. When got in touch with them was quoted that in the website stated that could be slight colour variation, it’s a joke it’s nothing like the advert totally different, hence I have to pay to post it back.Would put a picture on but no option to do that. Wouldn’t deal with this company again, still waiting for my refund”

“Great selection of rugs. My daughter and I chose one. It arrived promptly with good, sensible notice of its delivery and in good condition. My daughter loves it and I was very happy with the price! We have seen many much more expensive but nowhere near as attractive.”

“The order and delivery was okay but unfortunately the design of the rug has an aberration on it which I only noticed after I cut off the tags. Also I bought a hug rug from Lakeland the exact same size but different design and that seemed much thicker than this one. This one is shedding cotton whereas the one I got from Lakeland is not (though bought earlier)”

“being the owner of two lively spaniels, I need a rug I can wash. I have been so happy with the Hug Rug runner I purchased about six months ago and washed in the machine a few times. It dries quickly and comes up like new even though it has a light background. just bought another for the front porch.”
