“I bought 2 rugs. They arrived within 5 days, well packaged and in perfect condition. There were handy tips on how to lay them and care for them included. The rugs are accurately described on the website and the colours are as expected from the pictures. I am very pleased with the quality of the rugs. I have used the Rug Seller before and I am pleased that their service remains as good as it was the first time. I would certainly recommend this company.”

“Ordered 3 rugs on the 10th Apr, had to chase up my order after 3 weeks - finally received 1 of the 3 - more chasing up to find out where my other 2 are and have now just been told they are discontinued - one month after placing order. Shocking service”
