“Picture on web site of runner I ordered which was to go with one I already had and looked almost the same, when it arrived totally different green to their picture. Their reply web site states can be slight colour variation as no two rugs are the same what a joke it’s nothing like the picture I ordered from. I have to pay to return it, if the correct colour had been shown would never have ordered it.”

“The guy I spoke to on the phone was very polite and made the resend of the delivery very easy however it was a little disappointing that there was a delay due to the Incorrect address was given to the driver.”

“This was the only place that had a selection of the various types of patterns we were looking for and at an acceptable price. The quality of the rug delivered is good, colours are as shown and described on the web site. Delivery was prompt exactly as promised. We are very pleased with our purchase, will order again, and quite happy to recommend The Rug Seller to others.”
