“Overall very pleased with my purchase. There was a slight problem in that after I had made the order and the company had taken the payment, I was then told there would be a delay of several weeks before the rug was again in stock. I queried why payment had been taken in that case. They offered to refund it but I declined. As it happened they rang me the next week to say they could after all deliver fairly quickly so all was well. Best to check stock before paying.”

“Rug excellent , service good . Only problem delivery with ups left number to call pre delivery only work 5 minutes away no phone call also said leave rug at back door porch didn’t comply went to pick up point long delay to collect Ups disappointment”
