“delivery was as you said it would be. your instructions on how to deal with the rug upon unpacking were very useful. the rug is just as I expected it to be and looks very cosy in place.”

“Thank you the Rug arrived on time and looks beautiful at our hallway. The colour is less grey than expected but not a big problem. However it came rolled and over time it must have flattened so now it has slight fold marks that still needs to flatten out. Other than that very pleased with quality, design and the non slip back. Would buy again, but maybe they should insert bubble wrap or something in centre of rolled rug to avoid it flattening during transit. Hopefully it will straighten out over time!”

“I ordered just before Christmas, but didn't have to wait many days after for delivery. I received an email on the morning of delivery to say the rug would arrive today, which it did. Pleased with the rug which brightens up my hall.”

“The actual rug is lovely - we're very pleased and payment was easy. However the delivery was a problem - we had a delivery slot of 9am - 5pm; when I rang the courier company they then couldn't define a more precise time and the online system to check this wasn't working... a whole day spent inside with a 16 month old and the rug final arrived at 4pm!”

“I have purchased rugs and runners from this company for many years and have always been very satisfied with what I have received. The service is good and delivery very quick. I must say however that my recent purchase was not the quality which I had expected. I have purchased kitchen runners in the past and the quality of these were excellent. However my latest purchase of one of these runners (which was identical to the ones received in the past) was not of the quality of the others. This does not affect my purchases in the future and would highly recommend this company for all types of rugs and other items.”

“We ordered the rug a few days before Christmas and it arrived just in time for Christmas. Rug was packed very well in a sturdy bag inside a second delivery bag. The strong ammonia smell from the manufacturing process dissipated in a couple of days. One minor niggle was that we chose the pattern/colors to match an existing rug in the same room. It looked like an exact match on the website but when it arrived it was similar but significantly lighter in shade. Apart from that we are pleased with the product so far.”
