“10/10 for customer service Sadly let down by utter incompetence on the part of UPS. The Rug Seller were very helpful and friendly and did everything in their power to make right the failings of UPS. I was very happy with my rug when it finally arrived, All's well that ends well. :-)”

“First ordered my rug in October 2015 and got a refund in December as I was fed up of waiting for it to arrive,the customer service advisors were very helpful and apologetic but why does the Internet let you order if the rug is not available? Anyway decided to try again in January so I phoned and my call was answered by Jack who was very helpful and is a credit to the company,he rang the suppliers,rang me back and said the rug was available and would be with me in 5 days and true to his word it was, a big Thank You Jack for being so helpful, friendly and efficient keep up the good work. ( you might get a pay rise now!!!)”

Thank you very much for your review Susan. I am sorry that your rug was out of stock when you first ordered it. Like many other online retailers, we stock rugs from a number of designers and have a main warehouse in Manchester. Sometimes rugs need to be transferred from our storage warehouses and at times, there can be a slight delay from the designers. Glad to hear that you received such good customer service from one of our team - Jack works incredibly hard and your lovely comments have been passed on to him. “I have used this company before and have always find they have a lot of choice at a good price. It only took a few days for our rug to be delivered and it was just what we wanted. Its so much easier than going from shop to shop and comparing prices.”

Hello Chris, our photographs do reflect the true colours of our rugs. Sometimes, viewing photographs on a PC or tablet can vary the colours slightly due to reflections on the screen but if you are not happy with your new rug, you can return it for a full refund. Regards, Amanda

“I am very happy with the quality of the rug I purchased. The only problem is that is moves slightly on top of the carpet it's on so hopefully will be able to resolve that with some non slip matting. The rug was not in stock and had to be ordered from Belgium. It was delivered to me within a week. Good service if you're not in a rush which I wasn't.”

When rugs are placed on top of carpet, they can move slightly so we would definitely recommend anti-slip underlay which you can purchase from our site if you wish. “I was disappointed that we made the trip to the site on the Trafford Industrial est. to view the rug before purchase and they had the wrong shade of rug to show us. We had travelled from North Wales particularly which left us contemplating cancelling the order to be honest. We decided we would wait and see what the rug looked like to keep it or not. I am pleased with my purchase so far. Depends how it wears though. It is true to the photograph and description on the website.”

“Ordering the rug was simple and I received an email stating they would inform me when the rug was to be delivered, stating it would be up to 10 working days. The rug was delivered within the stated time but I had not been informed. I checked my emails and the information arrived to say the rug was on its way on the evening of the day it was delivered at lunchtime. Luckily I was in to receive it. We are quite happy with the rug, which goes just right on our tiled kitchen floor. I would use them again.”
