“The rug which we bought is a nice colour and we like thatinourlounge. One down side is that it is not thick enough to stop moving. It would be better if you should make a bit thicker one.”

“Absolute shambles of a company. Very clever photography as rug looks nothing like picture, took 3 weeks to be delivered, went to wrong address then when delivered it was the wrong rug. Had to take pictures to prove it was the wrong rug, then pictures to prove I had wrapped it up properly to return or I WOULD BE LIABLE! Be prepared for constant hassle and no accountability for their error! They blame the supplier so wouldn’t compensate for any inconvenience as wasn’t their fault! JOKE!! 😡😡🤬🤬”

I can see from our system that our Customer Service Team, on several occasions, apologised for the error and the inconvenience this may have caused you. “Lovely looking and hard-wearing rugs at a reasonable price. Like that you can buy the matching runner too as my dog hates slippy floors and I've used three sizes in my living room, all coming in less than £200. Fast delivery too, brilliant.”

“Nothing at all wrong with the rug but delivery is shocking , long winded and doesn’t arrive even when you get an email to say it will be with you that day , when it did finally arrive , the bag was all torn !”
