“Great rug, arrived quickly, well packaged. Smelt quite strongly when fIrst opened, but, smell dispersed quickly and disappeared within 48 hours. Rug is just as advertised and looks great in our lounge.”

“Wonderful service . Ordered a rug that was out of stock , messaged on the chat line to ask if I could still order this certsin rug by Orla Kiely . I was told that I could still order but , of course there would be a waiting time . I got the rug within 3 weeks . Perfectly wrapped up and I am so happy with my rug . Thanks Rug Seller”

“My expectations were not high having never bought anything like a rug online before. However I am thrilled with it! Delivery was quick, it lay flat immediately and the quality is excellent. I intend to buy another rug - larger and more expensive- in the next month or so and I shall do it with confidence.”

“I was hugely disappointed at having to wait 5 weeks for my items to arrive. The items when they arrived were fine but such a long wait is unacceptable. I had to chase up twice before they finally arrived. I have just received an email asking me to revise my review. Why would that be , is it because you disliked my original poor review due to the ridiculously long wait time .”

“The rug I originally ordered was due to arrive by September 8th as was out of stock. I ordered 2 rugs together to match and the runner was delivered promptly, then an email stating the other rug wouldn't be available until weeks later in October. I was offered the option of a refund or choose another rug.I chose to order another rug,big disappointment, didn't look anything like the pictures on the website and was very poor quality. It was costly to return it so I gave it away on a lo al charity site.Very disappointed, would not reccomend this company.”

Good Afternoon, Although we overtly endeavour to have the website photographs as true to the colouring of the rugs in real life, we regrettably cannot ensure that they are 100% accurate. The fundamental reason for this is that contrast settings on laptops, phones and other devices can manipulate the colourings from device to device and in turn in real life, as an online company this is regrettably something we cannot combat against.
