“Website was easy to use, information re-delivery was communicated well. Rug arrived extremely well packaged and was as described when unwrapped. Looks perfect for my lounge although am not placing it in position until after redecoration of the room. Vety happy with quality.”

“Ordered two rugs. One was delivered the next day and the other took about 10 days to arrive. Not a problem. Both excellent quality. Another one I had a few months ago has now been laundered and looks like new again. Brilliant!”

“I ordered 2 rugs and one arrived within 2 weeks. The other was delayed as the supplier had misread the order. I was promised it within the week. Then I was told it had been lost by the courier. Finally it turned up almost 4 weeks after the order had been placed. The Rug Seller answered my emails promptly every time I messaged them and even gave me a 10% discount which was good. My only slight grumble would be that they could have been proactive in contacting me rather than waiting for me to contact them each time. I would say they are a good company to deal with though.”
