Abdolutely attrocious customer service..i paid £150 for a garden table that arrived with a damaged support. This was in May 2024!!! Been promised for two months a replacement is coming but after 5 emails to them (seems from the replies another foreign based cistomer service line) i am no further ahead I will never buy from them again and would recommrnd people to avoid purchases from the Range on-line as you will get no response once goods arrive damaged. They wash their hands of all complaints.

Totally shambolic customer service! Trying to return an item and I just keep getting repeat emails not even relating to my request to return something, then today the final straw was getting an email in return telling me not to keep sending repeat emails as it holds up the process??? If they dealt with the issue correctly in the first place there would be no need for repeat emails! I would most definitely never ever buy from The Range online again for sure!! Poor customer service!

The range has NOT made us happy ,,,,we purchased two bistro sets in may and every time it rain the water settles on the seats and when you tip them to empty it off all brown water comes out from underneath the chair and have stained my slabs I’ve have tried emailing them but they just keep replying with silly excuses saying they haven’t received them ,,,we have never had trouble with emails before with anyone

Ordered garden furniture on 7/7 received an order number but no delivery date, emailed them Several times with no response, been on live chat too but no response apart from automated reply. Phone number no longer exists either ! Absolutely appalling! Never use them again

I ordered a garden sofa set which arrived on time but the frame was damaged either in transit or when packaged up. I took photos and sent on all platforms, whatsapp, email, messenger, live chat and all you receive is an automated message offering you a 5% cash back or a 10% gift card or an exchange ( which does not exist on their website), when you reply you keep getting an automated email to say that your issue has been updated but no one actually replies to arrange a return or refund. The items cannot be posted as they are too big so I am stuck at what to do?? Please help...

Worse customer service EVER .. plymouth william prancer rd..... never will buy from there again not only from online where u cant speak to someone u have go on WhatsApp and wait for someone to get back to u which I's lengthy process back forth .absolute joke .... but in store is worse they delivered a damage wardrobe rang them was told to come in and they refund me . The ignorant woman dark haired 50+ age was awful rough as rats and rude her attitude was shocking almost like was my fault I was returning item I didn't damage it she said did u bring wardrobe with u . I was like yeah it's on my back . Why would I payed £25 delivery if I could collected myself well long story short no refund now have wait guys to pick up damaged wardrobe then go back again to eventually get refund why didn't they just say that in first place would saved my diesel money also hubby took day off work for delivery so wasted day and still No wardrobes .... I would NEVER recommend the range for anything anymore

Don’t order on line Item delivered no screws chatted what’s app emailed been in shop twice phoned shop 3 times it’s a month now they haven’t come and collected item no refund disgusting service

Ordered rattern set, with firepit. Delivery was ok. However parts very poor quality, lots of snags on cushions, staples showing, rattern bulging. Sent email, tried chat very difficult to get hold off. I have had a reply, explained everything sent pics, have been asked to send again, and explain issues. They just don't understand that when you pay for something, you don't expect substandard quality.

Brought plastic food containers allegedly dishwasher proof and microwave. Totally useless - lids would not fit after 3 uses. More plastic rubbish from China to go onto land mass! Brought and umbrella that constantly blew inside out on use. More rubbish from China, to go onto land mass in UK whilst China profits. Customers will get wise and go elsewhere.

I was only advised the same morning of delivery. Thankfully my boss let me leave work early as I had been given a time slot of between 3.30pm and 5.30pm, unfortunately the delivery of my new shed was delivered outside of the time slot at 1pm. It then gets better they only delivered 3 sides of the shed. Contacted customer services as soon as I got home and checked all the parts to be told a case has been raised and i should have and answer within 4 days. 4 workings days pass and no contact. I then contact customer service again. Send pictures in again explain everything again only to be told somone will be in contact in 4 days with an answer. Then I get a email asking to leave a review, so here it is no one wants to take responsibility and Im not holding my breath on ever getting the 4th side of the shed. Wasted of my hard earned money for nothing. Thanks UPDATE!! Its now almost a month since my first contact with customer services and after sending 3 different pictures of the missing part plus also circling on a diagram the missing part. I have asked for a refund. They are now not responding to me. Aviod at all cost!

Don't go near this company . I sent a return 2 months a go snd not received a refund . Customer service keep saying they will sort it out with the supplier but are a waste of space . For some reason they reply on the email with one name and end it in another . That just says it all .

Ordered 4 chairs - on the first day wheels fell off, arm unstable chairs kept tipping up totally unsafe. been trying to arrange a return since the 26th May - customer service is no existent, live chat gets no response - it is a nightmare still waiting for collection of goods. The range has the worst customer service department I have ever had to deal with .

Nothing good to say about the Company, tried ringing the Head Office all you get is if you know the extension you require please enter it now,no explanation of what number relates to who, had to pretend I was a supplier to get the phone to ring and guess what held in endless que. Their Head Office Website says they are open till 5.30pm, rang at 5 15pm to find message saying they are now closed. They don't respond to emails. Don't even get me started on the Worcester Store!!, high turnover of staff which doesn't surprise me,items on shelf with no prices, very untidy store, stuff just dumped, deliveries everywhere. I think CEO Chris Dawson needs to invest more in his own stores and not keep expanding and taking on more and more. I heard he's now interested in acquiring Homebase!.

I bought an indoor hutch on The Range site and saw that they don’t accept American Express but Amazon Pay, so when i click on Amazon Pay and it direct me there and then i done the payment without a doubt. A week later the delivery was there without any notice from Email or phone, was left at the lawn without any notice, so i was shocked to see 2 big boxes left next to the door when i back home, not sure how many hours they have been left outside. So i immediately unbox both of the boxes in the lawn and put them recycle as it’s quite dirty and with bit of soil/dust at the bottom, and i didn’t even notice they were actually 2 same set of product until i finish building one of the hutch at night and i was like why there’s still remaining and thought if i’ve ordered the wrong product, then i saw there’s 2 email regarding the order of the same product within a minute, and i was charged on The Range AND Amazon Pay at the same time on card. Then i try to contact The Range ASAP on email and Whatspp but like few days later they finally reply and telling me that they’re not responsible for double charge issue and that if i have to return it i’ll have to pay £5 ( they mentioned this for couple times!) Saw the comment before saying they didn’t get a refund even after returning it so i might as well just sell it off myself, but gutted of how rubbish this company is, that customers have to bear the consequence caused by their “well-developed” payment system, i’ll make sure all my friends and family to avoid getting anything from The Range, better off just to pay a bit more in B&Q or other shop, at least you won’t be paying a double and they’ll be more than happy to offer you a return / refund without hesitation. This lesson cost me £90🙂

NO CUSTOMER CARE FOR FAULTY purchase made INSTORE 80 miles away! Nobody EVER ANSWERS phone in Carmarthen store, and online customer service tell you to contact store( HOW??) or give you a number NOT IN SERVICE. Online chat hang up during chat say they can't help as it wasn't bought online. APPALLING LACK OF CARE TO CUSTOMERS WHO HAVE BOUGHT THEIR TOILET RUBBISH!!

I placed this order on 6th July for a chair which arrived broken and I reported on the same day. I have also tried online chat. I want the chair collected and full refund. I don't like the chair. I also don't like and I will never buy from The Range again. I am feeling paranoid. I have been waiting almost two weeks and there is no response. What should take 2-days with other retailer, it take more than 2-weeks with The Range. There is no contact number. I think The Range knows how bad their customers services is and that why they don't want the customers shouting over the phone.

Used chat service never experienced any think like it took 3/4 hour whonted a paint white tiger paint had a brown tiger instead tryed to explane give up in the end never use on line service with these people

Ordered garden furniture which has only been partially delivered and two weeks later we are yet to receive the rest of our order and nobody will answer our live chats or emails. Do not shop online with the range
