I wish I could give zero stars. I have son many bad things to say so I'll summarise in bullet points: • the delivery company they used didn't follow their own protocol and left heavy 45kg boxes of furniture out side in the rain. Couldn't wait for me 5 minutes despite being hours way past given delivery time. Bjs delivery absolutely terrible. (Full details on their Google) • £500 worth of furniture was damaged which was a Christmas present for my 9 year old. • details of damage sent to the range on WhatsApp, live chat and email. It took a long long time to respond. • finally got a response. Was told I had to wait 3 days for them to get a response from their retailer • 4 days passed so I asked for an update. Still no response. • i was then contacted by someone else from the range saying i needed to wait another 3 days for a response! •I expressed my urgency as my daughter needs a bed for Christmas and is now sleeping on the floor. • the range stopped responding all together!!! • I have now been contacted direct from flair furnishings to say the parts that are damaged are no longer in stock. The whole thing has been an absolute disgrace.

I'm disabled the fireguard I bought for my frenchie was damaged no replacement amd refund sent to account unusable never buy online with this company they was not helpful atoll and passed me to other company's pointing the finger and finally my money was sent to my old bank account so I lost 50 pounds my fireguard and the delivery fee

Do not use this company- absolute scammers. Paid for next day delivery but items never arrived. Cannot contact by phone.Bot chat is busy! Multiple requests to provide the same information online but no response. Do not use, they just take your money and then ignore you. Should be reported to trading standards.

Still not received my refund it’s a disgrace no one to talk to either sooner these company’s close the better best of it is I never received the item I cancelled it after a few days as they had no idea when it would arrive ,then they sent me a email stating refund is on its way over 2 weeks ago what is going on

My 84 year old mother has been waiting for a refund for over 10 days now and no sign. We have contacted your customer services and been told that they are awaiting further instructions from the retailer but still no sign of a refund. This is dreadful service, and is also resulting from a dreadful service that resulted in our needing a refund. At what point does this get resolved and we recieve our refund. We are already leaving reviews on truspilot and Google.

Completely useless company. Ordered item that has never arrived and they're not bothered to reply to me at all via email, WhatsApp or chat. You literally have to PLEASE them to give you your money back.

Absolutely appalling customer services. I ordered a mirror from the range, firstly it got delivered and left outside all day in the rain. Luckily it didn’t get stole off my street but once I finally got home and opened it, it was completely smashed inside. I have tried emailing multiple times and WhatsApp messaged multiple time. I have had no response of any acknowledgment. I have no idea what to do with this massive broken mirror that is taking up most of my kitchen and can’t reach anyone to have a replacement sent out to me or at least a refund!! Worst company I have ever ever ever had to deal with. I most certainly will never order from him again!! Awful awful awful customer service.

Being promised our refund is being dealt with for ages now , it’s quite a large amount and we will not drop it , will never use this company again for anything ! !

Never purchase The Range sruff online! Every time i tried contact them even Scotland branch to Bristol saying thank you for reaching..thats all! Customer care team..none existed so i couldnt cancel my order they saying reject it already on the delivery progress..such a absurd and terrible ans was told own expense to return my sofa !!! Dont ever purchase any feom online i now hate this retailer hope its collapsed dont know how to serve customer in right way ..customer care is most top priority they should know will lose against others i would rather order amazon i m so regret i did mistake

Bought a mirror from the range for £89.99 for my daughter for christmas. Supposed to be LED light up etc. the one i got delivered was a bog standard mirror, no lights. must have been worth half the price what i originally paid. the store will not swap/refund. keep telling me to go online to the live chat. tried that several times with absolutely no luck so now i'm stuck with this mirror i didn't want. Will not be buying from here ever again!

Rude!!!answer phone then hang up tried 4times!! Phoned day before about stock levels as wanted to collect something did have not a clue and couldn’t be bothered find out Oh well That’s £680 they lost!!! Still it’s a big company that won’t be much loss to them🤪💩🚽

Bought a pepper grinder 8 months ago which we hardly use still looks New. It stopped working and when I returned it they didn’t want to know because It was. More than 6months old. This was in store Lowestoft.

Ordered Christmas Lights one set delivered no problem via Royal Mail, The others were from This Is It Store through the Range. Evri delivery failed and 5 days later still no update all the companies involved The Range, Every and This is It Stores use automated Customer (no) Service impossible to speak to a real person either via email or phone. Still no answer as to when my package will be delivered. Appalling Customer service from The Range.

We made the mistake of ordering a LED bathroom cabinet. It arrived in good time but when the electrician hung the unit it was buzzing so badly that he switched the electric off immediately. He told us it was dangerous as it was shorting out, so removed it and repackaged it immediately. Then I found out just how bad the Range is. Trying to get in contact I was fobbed off. Finally got through on the chat, they wanted a video. I explained it was dangerous and couldn’t do a video. They then said they had to contact the company that supplied the cabinet and I had to wait for their response. Over a week later I sent an email demanding some update. Two days later I get another email saying the supplier wants a video. I have replied again stating it’s dangerous. They are expecting me to reconnect a unit with an electrical fault back to the mains electricity and risk life and limb so THEY can have a video! I’ve told them what I think of that. I’m currently talking to my bank to try and get my money back through a card dispute action. I wish I’d seen the reviews here. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. It’s disgusting they get away with this. My contract is with The Range, my payment went to The Range. They should be refunding my money and they then take it up with the third party supplier. I will never shop there again. In the stores or online. You have been warned people. Do not buy from the range website!!!!!

Awful customer service. I am still waiting on a delivery. No information or contact. Live chat wasn't at all helpful. I whats app'd. Not even been read and no reply. I honestly don't know if I will even receive the unit I ordered as the customer service is so rubbish

Very, very poor customer service! I am trying to return an online order within the 14 day time framewhich requires authorisation however despite many, many emails all I have received to date is a reply saying the matter is in hand & the 14 days from delivery date expires to tomorrow. There is no other way of contacting customer services ie phone number etc & I am now really concerned!!!! Disgusting customer service DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ONLINE!!!! Update: 5 Dec So eventually someone got in touch & said return labels were attached (but surprise, surprise there were none) & even if there were any I don't have access to a printer. I was sent a link to download to show me the nearest DHL Drop Off locations but the link doesn't work!!!!! I've replied to this effect but am not confident I will get a satisfactory response.....if any! You couldn't make this up it is the worst customer service experience I have ever had the misfortune to encounter! My advice based on my shocking experience is DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

After more 10 emails back and forth and delay in delivery I had to pay additional £12 to have the item finally delivered on Saturday 30th of November. When I unpacked the dresser to Assemble it only to find it was badly damaged and unusable. Bits falling off the important structural parts of the top was broken and other components appeared second hand. It was impossible to connect to online chat and after 15 minutes waits , it throws you off the chat. I wrote another 4 emails with one reply from Jermaine I am not sure if this is a person or AI generated response. Who did not getthe issue here That the table top on the dresser is damaged.and apologied for the mirror being damaged. At No point during my 14 or more emails I mentioned a mirror. It showed a lack of understanding of this issue and no continuity. All I needed to know from Range Was , when the item is going to be collected and returned and my money refunded. I spent 3 days on this being kept on live chat for hours that no one reply’s to WhatsApp communication that no one replies to and Emails that seems to generate a automated and slow response This is the worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. there is no a customer complaint email phone number. I rang the local store to see if I can return the item to a store to be told that I can’t and they have so many complaints about the customer service that the local store manager advised me to take the case up with trading standards and go to my credit card company to resolve it. That an absolute shambolic company. I will never shop at the Range and advise everyone never to order anything online from them.
