About 30% of the stock in the Broadstairs branch is either not priced or incorrectly priced. This has been going on for months now. I presume they don't have a manager as they would be on this straight/ away. The money they must be losing must he quite substantial but obviously no one cares.

I ordered a rug from The Range online on 6th August. When it arrived 5 days later I immediately knew it wasn't right so requested a refund. It is now 2nd October and I still do not have a refund! Dealing with customer service, I was told to wait 72 hours in every correspondence. This went on for 8 weeks. If you buy from The Range online, you are buying from external companies that you cannot deal with personally and you cannot return to the store. I am owed a decent amount of money. DO NOT PURCHASE online!

Absolutely disgusting the way they treat their customers I will never shop here again as long as I live !!! Ripped off for duplicate for wrong order that was £400 that can’t be returned to store. Can’t get anyone to pick them up either !!!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. My order is two weeks late and their agents keep copy-pasting the same useless messages to me. I will never, ever buy here again.

No phone contact number for online queries. The chat bot is hopeless at answering any product info requests. No way of any meaningful communication with this company. Buyer Beware.

I ordered some picture frames online, and they arrived with live spiders in them. I was very distressed but contacted the range immediately to arrange a return/collection. I eventually received a response weeks later asking for further photos, I then heard nothing until yesterday when I was asked to give a review of their customer service. So here is my review almost a month after raising the issue with the Range: live spiders in the frames, poor communication and no resolution by their support team. I am disappointed we have reached this situation.

Why do you ignore me ? My goods arrived damaged I want a refund. Yet you do not answer my polite numerous requests This is terrible to do to How do trading standards allow you as a company to continue to rip off people You have my money , gave me damaged goods and now ignore me

Absolute incompetence. Don't even try to communicate with Customer Care. Useless Idiots, just snowflake millennium's tippy tapping on keyboards thinking they are helping by following a prepared script. I will never enter another Range shop ever and I advise others to stay away.

Do not buy from the Range online!!! Delivered an order which they said has been cancelled to workmen working in my property whilst i was not there. It has been over 1 month and i have still been unable to return the item. The customer service team do not care about anything you have to say which is evident as they only respond to your enquiry with generic messages. The service is absolutely disgraceful and there is no consequence for providing such a poor service. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THE RANGE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!!

First and last time ordering from the range online. Order turned up with items missing. Contacted the range online with their stupid live chat due to them having no telephone number that worked and was told they didn’t have any stock so they didn’t send it. I said it would have been nice if you had told me as you took my money for it. No apology and no refund for a long time. 2 of the other items were smaller than expected so I returned them to store, Ashford, Kent. The sales assistant Rebecca was really helpful, but when her till decided to freeze and only refund one, she called her manager, Holly. Wow, What a miserable, rude woman Holly was, how she became a manager with her lack of people skills is beyond me. She couldn’t resolve the problem and just told me to go away and see what refund I received. I am still waiting for my refund and have a feeling I will have to do a claim back through my bank. I will never buy with the range online again, which is a shame as they do sell some different bits.

I ordered some garden growing sacks for veg from the Range Online. The two bags were around £27 but when they came they weren’t as described, they were tiny, worth about £3 each. I couldn’t return them to store as they were sold through a third party. I wrote to the range detailing the problem. After a month, no response so now looking to PayPal/bank to raise a dispute and arrange chargeback. Pathetic customer service. Don’t trust them on online orders. Ruth M

Bought some perfumes online which once arrived I could tell by looking at the box that it was fake, advised customer services whom informed they were the genuine item…. Took perfume to selfridges whom showed me the genuine item smells completely differentii, range however still assures it as genuine item and returns is a headache returns emails once every few day… never again

Just do not buy from the range online. Absolutely awful customer service. You will not be able to resolve any kind of issue with them at all. They don’t respond even if the item hasn’t been delivered. Definitely will not be purchasing from them again, not worth the hassle.

Avoid at all cost. Purchased a goose down duvet on line and received a polyester duvet. Clear case of wrong item delivered and after two weeks of live chat & emai still no resolution from the range as they try to pass the buck onto their supplier! Not good enough. Handing over to my bank for a charge back. The stress of dealing with them is by far the most costly part.

Bought an olive green bucket chair £109 range marketplace on line arrived looked lovely but that evening saw the bottom edge was puckered material not pulled right looked odd as other side tight Contacted range an finally after a few BoT attempts got an email reply Then began the story Several emails later after they twice asked for order page picture am my pictures again also I get told supplier has three days to respond Five then go by an no reply from range I then get reply asking what I want to do! Two days go by after I’ve told them discount or return They then ask if I can tell them which part is damaged sk they can send a new part!!! Well as it’s a bloody chair with a fitted cover which they can clearly see on the pictures I’ve sent that they asked for in the first place boy was I mad So now waiting for the next stupid reply from some chap called Monumart!!!! This is my third problem with the range on line so now deleted the app an if you look at the amount of complaints anyone is asking for trouble buying from them Hundreds an hundreds of complaints
