VILE COMPANY One star is one star too many...disgusting company. Take heed and DO NOT order online. It would be LESS hassle to learn how to make the item you require yourself...have fun learning new skills guys.

0 STARS. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM THE RANGE I ordered a tree and decorations on Monday 2nd Dec and paid for nominated delivery for it to be delivered on Wednesday the 4th as I was working from home and son was in nursery, NOTHING. Order was still showing a processing on their website! No one answers phones lines or social media channels. Received an email from DHL to say it was being delivered Thursday 5th. Waited in with my son all day, he was so excited...DELAYED because The Range hasn’t processed the order for DHL to pick up. Received an email today to say it was due to be delivered between a certain time....NOTHING! I paid for nominated delivery as I (like most people) can’t be waiting around all day for something not to be delivered. Can’t even get in contact with anyone too see what’s going on, get a refund etc.

Ordered 2 items from the Range, delivery date 5 Dec, waited in all day, no delivery! Tried to Contacted Range customer service, 35 mins in a queue, hung up! Emailed XDP delivery, advised delivery to be 6 Dec and I would receive a txt when driver came in after 11am. Received no txt so emailed XDP again and I was advised their driver didn’t turn up and told now my delivery is due to 7 Dec ........ I paid extra for delivery...... what an absolute joke the Range is. Will never order from them again!!!!!

Bad customer service. Contacted several times and no response. Had an order of lanterns delivered and one of them was smashed! Let's hope this company goes out of business soon....nothing but two bit cow boys!

I visited the Gloucester store today. Of the 23 items I would have bought I could find no price for them, on the item, the shelf or on the hanging rod for 20 of them. The craft area was a shambles with stock not corresponding to the shelf labelling so again not able to price. I gave up and left empty handed

I ordered paint and was promised a two day wait for it to arrive at our local Leyland store. After 4 days of delay and the bedroom in complete disarray because of the lateness (involving still sleeping on the floor at aged 67) I attempted to make contact. This involved waiting on the phone for up to an hour with no reply. We travelled to Preston and found the paint there. HOWEVER, they would not accept my online receipt and I had to pay AGAIN. I kept trying to cancel the order and ask for my money back. This went on from Monday to Wednesday and included hours of unanswered telephone calls and emails. Then - I recieved a mail saying the paint was at Leyland. I will now try to get a FULL refund including an unreasonable £3 delivery!!!. Watch this space. I advise people NOT TO DEAL WITH THIS FIRM!! They are a disgrace.

ZERO STARS!!! Requested next day delivery, stayed in item did not arrive. Rearranged for another day, stayed in, item did not arrive again. Had to have this item so went to store for it. Need to return original item. On phone 3 times for 35 minutes three times (do they get a premium from the phone company for keeping people on hold I wonder) Got a very rude person in The Range Customer "do not" Care Department. Said I would have to return item at my own cost which is absolutely disgusting. It is not my fault you do not get your orders out on time. Sort it out The Range. Look at all your terrible reviews and do something.

I’m currently still trying to get in touch with someone to cancel an order I made on line because I went to the shop and brought it as I paid the £9.99 delivery charge and didn’t realise it was going to take over a week to come, I would not advice anyone to order on line with this company.

Awful service, I paid for delivery on a nominated day and after waiting in, I see from my account that the order is showing as processing still, and has not even been dispatched. Their contact number is not answered, you are left listening to their announcements. I would give zero stars if I could, they take your money for a service they do not provide and it is not possible to contact them.

Terrible Service, I ordered items last Thursday and paid extra for next day delivery to receive on Fri 29th Nov. Parcel did not arrive until Monday 2nd Dec. The parcel was battered and the items broken/smashed. I refused to accept. Customer Care phone line is a joke, constantly gives same message & I have held on for 15 mins on 3 occasions but still cannot get through. I want a full refund including postage!! I will never use these again.

DO NOT USE, USE ANOTHER WELL KNOW ONLINE ORDERING COMPANY *** DO NOT USE THE RANGE On the 10th November I ordered a freestanding mirror. I ordered it as an engagement present for a party I was attending on November 30th. On my order it stated that I should expect delivery by 18th November, plenty of time before the party. I had an email from XDP saying it was in their warehouse & awaiting delivery. I AM STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY! WHY AM I STILL WAITING FOR DELIVERY? WHERE IS MY ODER? I am disgusted with the way The Range run their online ordering system. The number they give for XDP doesn't work. I've tried emailing them, they don't respond. I've tried calling the Range Customer "Care" number, no one picks up. I've tried emailing them, I've had one response from Mike, whom I have since sent a further 3 emails to & have not heard back. I have tried calling the head office to be told there is no one there who can help me. There are no customer complaints managers to speak with. This whole experience has been farcical, I have never experienced anything like it. NEVER AGAIN

Bought I dressing table mirror, it came in a soaking wet package and was told by the delivery guy that’s how it was loaded onto his van. On opening the mirror has black marks all along the top. I’ve been trying to get in touch with someone in customer service but nobody bothers to answer the phone and their online form is impossible. It keeps telling me the information I have entered is incorrect when it clearly isn’t. I would have given no stars it I could have, as I really regret buying anything from these people

Order bed frame online pay for it said it be delivered about 26 November have not got it and can not get through on the phone to anyone,after waiting on the phone for a hour at a time been trying every day but still no luck also sent 4 email and got nothing Back for them they just take your money and you get nothing from them just a large phone bill

Ordered 2 x candlesticks and some Xmas baubles online, paid for next day delivery. Received one broken candlestick and one broken bauble, submitted online form with photos attached. Whilst I was waiting for them to reply I was worried the candlesticks would be out of stock so repurchased one and again paid for next day delivery. The next day I received somebody else’s order. Decided to phone customer services as still had no reply to my complaints form, waited for around 35mins for them to answer the phone, lady I spoke to said she would resend order and investigate my original complaint. Next day arrives and guess what, candlestick is broken again, so I submitted another online form along with photographs. Their packaging of fragile items is terrible. So now I’ve paid for 2 candlesticks which I haven’t got as well as a bauble. I’ve had no reply to any of my online complaints. They owe me around £28. Terrible service from such a big company.

Tried phoning .took over an hour to get an answer ..never getting any response to my compliant .(damaged foot on swivel chair when it was delivered) The website for customer support fails when I try to send in my complaint after being told I must attach pictures ...a very poor experience so far ..customer support hopeless. ...on the two attempts I tried to phone them the queue wait was about 1/2 hr and then line went dead. ...2nd attempt I was waiting 1/2 hr or more only to be told I must send pictures on line ....tried this and I neither get a response or a call back so have no clue if the request is being dealt with .7 days on after all my previous efforts .I did manage to send a short request today simply asking for the customer support dept to contact me (I used the range on line portal )and received an automated reply ...I don't hold out much hope after reading reviews about the range !!

Shocking customer service!! Bought 4 rolls of wallpaper from this company and paid £150 for someone to put this up for me. The colour was the complete opposite to the description of Grey and ended up as pink. Emailed all evidence to the company of batch number, receipt and photos of the wallpaper up and they are still refusing to issue a credit note or refund. Not even an apology from the company!

I wouldn't give this store 1 star if allowed. I ordered online and although they said my order was despatched, it still hasn't been received a month on. I have chased this by submitting an online enquiry 4 times!!! Nobody will confirm where my order is or when I will receive a refund. The phone number is impossible to get through on. There is no customer service, absolutely disgusted that they can do this to you. It's not safe to buy online from here.
