Cannock-Tried to return some Christmas lights bought a couple of weeks ago (they were not suitable) The returns policy states 28 days however on Christmas items only 14 days so no refund possible just a store card credit for the value. This additional refund policy is not stated on the web site or on goods receipt, however there is a small notice on the customer services desk. Poor customer care poor management, caveate emptor !

The worse place I've ever shopped. The manager is very rude and unhelpful. Would not recommend.

Another useless company, they are supplied by harmony furnishing - not even their own stuff and just put a massive percentage cut on the stuff. they pass the order on and unforunatley as they are trying to be cheap use XPD couriers who are absolutely useless. First delivery missing half the order and what we did receive was smashed to pieces. The replacement goods are meant to be delivered today but no one is home and they refuse to let me reschedule for tomorrow. the range staff are unhelpful, not interested - telling me to speak to the courier as their supplier organised the delivery.. I cant.. I didn't order from them so they wont speak to me! Will never order from the range again!

Very rude staff. No after sales care. If you have a problem with a iteam you've bought and don't have a receipt forget any help whatsoever. We were made to feel very uncomfortable and when we phoned headoffice they were just as bad ! Thank god it was only a small purchase. I would never shop there again. I really appreciate my shopping experience with John Lewis who CARE about there customers. Don't give this company your business.

Hi I cant seem to find any information on delivery return costs for furniture i received on Thursday and wasnt left with an invoice/ delivery note or receipt after signing for my products on Thursday. I am not finding store helpful as they say i ordered online and made me feel like im not a range customer as i ordered online. cant seem to find advice on how much it would cost to arrange return of my large items. Please can someone help me with this as i didnt get any confirmations of my delivery and when i previously emailed hello@therange.co.uk ...i never received a response and had to chase this up by phone. I recently took my elderly mother in law (80 Year old) and auntie (84 years old and disabled) to the Range store in Blackburn. We spent quite a few hours shopping due to mobility issues and had to stop for refreshments in the in house cafe for a rest period for our elderly family members. Two days later we received a parking fine advising that we had stayed over the allotted 2.5hrs parking time. Surely the fact that was was parked in a disabled parking space, the fact that I was with mobility restricted people, that we spent time in the onsite cafe and that we never left the site/shop at any time should waiver the 2.5hrs parking allowance. I am absolutely disgusted with this and neither myself or my family members will visit this or any other Range stores in the future.

We have been trying to obtain a Christmas lamp and wreath on display at most north west range store but when we came to purchase one we were told they were out of stock everywhere yet they are clearly on display with a price of £49.99.We even tried ordering online and got the same out of stock reply

Awful staff at the customer service desk at The Range, Folkestone. Very unhelpful and couldn’t care less attitude. I was left standing there for a long time before even being acknowledged, and then when I was, they were more interested in talking to other colleagues.

The Staff were excellent ,but the communication between the shop and head office are very poor.. I rang Hq and they were very damn rude......they need to do a peoples course discussing.....

Ordered because they offered Saturday delivery and paid the extra. Got text from DHL saying it would be delivered Monday. The muppets at Range had apparently printed wrong label. Was a gift and stuff for a weekend project. Had to cancel whole order and wait 7 days for a refund, plus go out to source alternatives. First and last time I've shopped on their website.

General shop comment: I asked if I could have some packaging they was throwing out to put inside a parcel I was sending as extra protection. It was Screwed up ready to throw away. Was informed boxes and packaging etc.. customers are not allowed to take Management rule. A memember of staff said because they sell boxes and bubble wrap!!! In a day and age of recycling find this very strange. Most shops are happy for you to take boxes saves them having to get rid of them and for us to be able to use boxes and packaging again should be a good thing. Obviously The Range have different ideas in this 😡

Brought a bed 3 weeks ago and when husband went to get in the bed fell apart dropping him out of the bed on the floor. He has a slipped disc and is now in agony. The range won't help. Will be reporting to trading standards.

Prompt delivery but worst wait time ever for customer service in response to my complaint. Still mot resolved and this delay is purely down to the time it takes for them to respond. Questions below - options: Communicated via chat, phone and email. Not just over a week at least two and only when prompted with another call.

When enquiring about a £329 pound piece of furniture I was asked to wait to speak to the furniture person in charge after 15 minutes I gave up. It seems that they don't care about customers so I no longer care about the range.

I ordered a product online from The Range. It was faulty - broken and not as advertised. I spoke to customer services, have sent 6 emails and 4 tweets to them and have been ignored and palmed off at every stage. Worst customer service ever.

We made a complaint over two weeks, we had no reply, so tried Facebook still no reply, I would said they just didn't want to reply. As they have no excuse for the very bad service we received.

shelf price showed a shelf price of £12.99 for paint. at the cash desk they wanted to charge me £13.99 a 6.8% increase. a supervisor checked the shelf price, removed it and instructed a member of staff to replace it with the a increased price of £13.99 and refused to honour the original shelf prise. needless to say I walked out without the paint.

Went in yesterday for a few things, asked n assistant if they sold TV aerials, siad "she hadnt got a clue" and carried on putting stock out.
