Can not give zero stars. Ordered curtains on line not recieved.spoke to customer service to cancel. I was told it would take a day. A week later nothing. Disgusting service and criminal.

one star is one too many! company is a joke. i asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they arent customer facing!!! lady on phone just hung up on me and emails slow and frustrating! i was advised i would get a replacement unit as the one they delivered had various issues now i am told i shouldnt have thrown away original unit as they had just requested one from supplyer and 2 months later told it was no!! madness!!

The worst customer service I’ve ever seen and dealt with!!!! I have ordered a wardrobe and it came twice damaged!!! I’ve been waiting 4 months and The range did provide a replacement or a refund!! When I call customer service, they listen to what I’m saying then they close the line without even saying something!!! The worst ever!!

Order some garden trellis online for saturday service paying £9.95 on 26th August.. still waiting for it! numerous calls, no call backs and attempting contact again to be put through to another department still queuing 30mins later..cancel and refund my order.

I went to the Range store in Taunton, looked around and decided to purchase various garden furniture. I spoke to a worker there who on my behalf ordered via their computer and I paid and left the store looking forward to receiving my garden furniture in the near future. However when it arrived I immediately noticed that the wrong table had been delivered and told the delivery drivers who informed me that they couldn't do anything about it and to contact the store. This I did immediately, I was told that I couldn't return the still boxed up table to them and would have to physically drive to their store in Taunton ( I live in North Devon ) in order to arrange a collection, it appears it couldn't be done via online as the original order was done in store. The shop worker had put the wrong item number unbeknownst to me.I had to drive there again and go to customer services where a member of staff arranged a collection,and was told that as soon as it has been collected I could come and get a refund the same day. The table was collected, I was given a receipt showing proof it had been collected. I called the Taunton store to tell them that its been collected and I was having to drive to them again to get my refund. The manager then informed me the staff member had wrongly informed me about the refund process and I was told I had to wait until the delivery company dispatched the table to a warehouse which could take about a week or so before I could get my money back. I was furious. The range had taken my money and table yet not able to refund me despite proof that I no longer had the table. I waited a week, called Taunton store back to be informed that nothing was showing on their system. In desperation I called the range headquarters and spoke twice to them who were really helpful and said they had received the table back and I was able to once again drive to Taunton range store and get my money back. I drove there and met the most unhelpful rude manager, she didn't believe the official receipt given to me by the collection service, nor the emails on my phone and then phoned headquarters directly in front of me , her attitude was of a couldn't care less about me , she looked a fool when headquarters told her to immediately refund me which she reluctantly did. Her attitude was disgusting towards a customer who had spent over £ 1500,00 in the store. I also asked her how long is the guarantee on garden furniture, she said its only 6 months with the range, after 6 months it apparently is up to the customer to take up complaints with the supplier not the range. Had I known this I would never have purchased anything from them. To sum up , I did eventually get my refund, it was extremely stressful and time consuming especially as I had to make several long 100 mile round trips, expensive petrol and time wasted. I am grateful to headquarters for finally helping me but I will never buy anything from The Range again. The staff that served me in the Taunton store especially the manageress are rude and do not give a damm about their customers. Never again will I buy from them. Even giving a rating of 1 star is too high for the lack of customer care shown by them.

I ordered ottoman bed. They sent me a normal bed after charging me full price. Then when I asked for this to be fixed they said I need to contact comfy living ltd who then tell me I need to contact the range. I literally got robbed. No one is helping me. Never again.

Having tried unsuccessfully to order online (very poor website) I called in to The Range to buy 2mm plastic coated wire. When I got home and measured it with my accurate dial calliper it turned out to be 1.8mm so the cross sectional area and hence the strength is 20% less than advertised - surely this is dishonest advertising?

I had to return photo frames that were described as box frames. Firstly they tried to underpay me, then a manager in store sorted that out but said I couldn’t be refunded my delivery costs. I phoned customer series who then refunded that. I was holding for 30 minutes instead of the maximum 15 and the customer services agent disconnected my call when I requested that head office confirm the description had been amended. Very rude man

Ordered item which arrived damaged. After 6 weeks of over 23 emails & calls im still waiting for collection date and refund. Im told I cant return instore as from 'range plus'. Cant get through to manager everything email which nobody responds to. Staff rude unhelpful and dont care just read a script. Puts me off ever going buying anything ever again..AVOID ANY ITEM ONLINE FROM RANGE PLUS.!!!

BEWARE EXCEEDING BAD C/SSERVICE. I ordered and received a fan. The fan rattled on night/silent mode. I have sent numerous emails but all ignored, only auto responce. I went into the store but was told its one of tjeir partners that sold it and i have to email them. Ive done the numerous times, all emails ignored. Bordering illegal, certainly infuriorating.

I bought an outdoor corner sofa with a fire pit table and an out door rug over a month ago. It arrived in due course but the fire pit was damaged and the glass surrounding the fire was the wrong size as was the rug, Both fire pit bits were collected and I received a replacement a couple of weeks later only, one of the parts was missing. I have called The Range 5 times and been on the phone for over 4 hours, only to be told that they can’t replace the part until they find the missing part. There are no supervisors to complain to, the help button is useless and doesn’t work, you can’t email a complaint and they have you over a barrel. The furniture is really nice and if I got all the parts I would have given 5* but customer services is diabolical and a total let down. I am still unable to use the fire pit a month after getting it. The rug came from a third party company so nothing can be done until the other company reply to The Range. I have again chased this up asking for it to be collected and a refund given. I’m still waiting. If you purchase any items on line, be prepared to have this hassle if the item is incorrect or damaged and hopefully the replacement won’t get lost or you’ve no hope!! 🤯

Still waiting on a refund. Ledbury recliner chair was collected and returned on the 9th of July. Contacted customer service via email about 10 times, also phoned customer services about 4 times. Very poor call answer time as usually on hold for around 25 minutes each time. No supervision in the department as they have no supervisor or managers that you can speak to. I find this an absolute joke!!! The only response is that it will take another 5 to 10 days. I might be lucky and get my refund by Xmas. Over 6 weeks and still waiting. Buyer beware.

I am greatly concerned by the lack of support from this company. They take money and refuse to rectify any issues that occur. I purchased a sideboard online in May 2022, the unit was broken and I contacted customer services to arrange a collection and refund. We are now coming to the end of Aug and I am still waiting for this refund. I wish I read all these reviews prior to purchase! The customer service team take over a week to reply to my emails. They first asked for photos of the damage. I sent these and told them that I would like a refund. They emailed back to say they have forwarded this to the Partner and requested a replacement. I emailed back telling them that I have already requested a refund. They then asked for pics of the unit disassembled and packaged which I provided. They then requested I confirm a suitable date of collection. I told them any day as I work from home. They then said I needed to be specific with the date, as the Partner requests this. I gave them Aug 1st but they didn't collect or respond until after. They then requested I choose another date and I said 19th Aug as they said I need to allow 10 working days. Again surprise surprise, unit wasn't collected. I phoned customer services, and after being on hold for over an hr, I was told that the managers do not take calls from customers! how ridiculous. Today, we took the unit to our local store only to be told they are not able to do anything as the system doesn't let them! I think I will have to take this loss and never shop there again. This is pure robbery. It should not be allowed; this company needs investigated!

Absolutely awful customer service waited on the phone for 45 mins asked to send photos which I did 15 times then they hung up on me and had to do it all over again then said they couldn’t do anything asked to speak to a manger they don’t have one 😂😂😂 they are a pound shop store go somewhere else

Paid for express delivery, and received half my order after 10 days. Phoned them 3 times to get the same answer each time....it's been held but we don't know why. I ask to speak to a manager but "managers don't talk to customers" Terrible customer service where they all seem to say a different line to get you off the phone. DO NOT USE

I ordered some clothing from the Range plus. When they arrived, they were appalling quality and so I contacted The Range to resolve. Since then I’ve spent more than 2 hours on the phone to The Range..mainly hold, on several calls. They act as though my contract is with their supplier Jaoyeh. Eventually, they sent me a label to return the items..but when I went to the post office, they explained the label was only for a large letter.. it a parcel, so the items remain in my possession. I cannot describe how awful dealing with The Range is..they’re customer service is zero and their staff are dismissive and downright rude. I won’t give up, but after almost 4 weeks, it’s outrageous this matter hasn’t been resolved. All I want to do is send the items back, and be refunded…something so simple with every other business…not so with The Range.

Awful! Customer services don’t answer phones or respond to any emails ar all. Stuff you but online can’t be returned back to the store which means a your faced with the idiots customer services team that either do not exist or are too lazy to answer any emails Or phone calls this is the second time this is happened now won’t be coming here again I can understand other people fraustration
