“Ordered a brush for my wife in November and it was never sent. Reached out a week before Christmas and they said due to Christmas, they were behind BUT it would be shipped soon. It is now February, and still not brush. I emailed again to threaten to report as fraud to my bank, but then I got a response it was sent and received? Pulled the tracking, and once again it shows never sent. Emailed screenshots including the tracking they provided, and no response. Considering the plethora of bad reviews on not receiving items, I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! This is absolutely ridiculous, we have Covid going on and companies like this still exist!!!”

There is no contact number on the website and the whole website 'customer care' promise is a scam. DO NOT use this company!”

“The Pukehoke branch for customer service is horrible!!!! I will never return to any of your stores! I dont care if your cheaper by any amount. They're rude have an attitude problem essentially told me to f off and re sell my item on trade me or Facebook.... I returned my item th next day in the same condition as i purchased it with a receipt. I trued calling but no one was answering. Head office said I could return it. I left a formal complaint with the store manager but they have no back bone to return my calls. Avoid at all costs.”

Explained it was being purchased for a job to which I needed to pay penalty rates if not completed on time. I was assured I could pick it up from the local branch by 4pm the next day. When I enquire why it hasn't arrived I am told take 5-7 working days.
The web-site operator was not helpful & would not cancel order

Tbh 1 star is too many.
Email to say item was with 11st class Royal mail...not arrived so I asked for a reference...no reference and therefore no proof of postage!!!.
Therefore I cannot check with royal mail...whats next.
Supply the items, or refund...either works!!!

“Terrible company. Ordered myself one of their ionic hair brushes on October 28 and I expected it to arrive at around 6-12 days as they advertised. Today is November 23 and it’s almost been a month since I purchased this product and I still haven’t received it. I emailed the company about the delay of my product but no replies. Don’t purchase anything from these scammers.”

“I purchased the iconic brush and not only did it take ages to arrive (my wish order came faster than this). Don't waste your money you literally pay for a brush with a light that does nothing but make your hair 40 times the volume. As well as the off switch doesnt even work. Do yourself a favor and save your money for the salon.”
