“Equipment is great - 5 stars! Shipping was fair - 3 stars Box was damaged and left in the rain instead of under the porch. But - the packaging kept the contents safe so.”

“The order was fine and received timely however these clips DO NOT fit the barbell. I tried WD-40 on them and they almost slide on - just a smidge to small. I've used these clips in prior years thought they would work - not sure what to order now -”

“I purchased the Titan cable crossover machine. This has quickly become my favorite piece of equipment. I walk past everything else to this often. There is nothing in your upper body and core that can't be hit hard. And it is so good at isolating muscles. The design is perfect. They didn't overcomplicate things by trying to make the pulleys able to slide up and down the uprights. Bravo.”

“I felt tricked by the Route service. I think that the checkbox should be deselected by default, or the customer should be asked explicitly whether they want the $3.50 service. Otherwise, I am happy with the order.”

“I bought the hyperextension machine. I think it’s good but not great. There is a Fundamental design flaw in my opinion, which is that the pad where you place your hips, is split into two pads, leaving a couple inch gap in the middle. For me, that gap hits right in my pelvic bone, so when I’m hinging at the hips, it’s cutting right in. I wish it was one solid pad piece without the center gap.”

“Packaging was damaged and minor scratches on product. The default extra charge for shipping insurance needs to be removed from the checkout process. It’s ok to have, but should not be on by default.”

“Product arrived in good shape even though the box was damaged. All parts - nuts & bolts - were there. Rack seems well made, sturdy, and was easy to assemble. Looking forward using it.”

“I’ve never purchased two items from ya’ll. A 45lb ruck plate and a 100lb sand bag. The ruck plate was great that’s pretty hard to mess up. The 100lb sand bag I’m a little disappointed in. It’s ok and does the job but unfortunately it’s pretty cheaply made and my second time using it just doing power cleans with it, some of the handle stitching ripped. It’s certainly not made to take any abuse whatsoever.”

“Overall happy with the elite bumpers I bought. One 35 came with hand painted touch up paint on the white letters and one 25 came with a corroded chrome center. They are going outside on my patio so it’s not a big deal but a little disappointing. Still would recommend”
