“Fast and free shipping. All stuff arrived relatively unscathed despite the packaging being beat up. It’s gym equipment, so a couple scratches on the plates don’t bother me. The main reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is because when compared to other companies that manufacture similar equipment, the packaging for the steel uprights on both the rack and the mass storage system left a lot to be desired. There should be more foam padding and reinforced tape to prevent movement during shipping. Most of the boxes in my shipment had some level of damage and it was surprising to me that I didn’t have more damage upon opening. Other companies use plywood crates, foam blocking, styrofoam, etc and I found Titan’s packaging to fall short. Functionally, my wall mounted rack, mass storage system, bumper plates, and the other equipment I ordered are great. The quality on my TITAN series olympic barbell is comparable to more expensive brands and the aggressive knurling helps with heavy lifts. I really have no complaints about the quality of the equipment itself. Seems durable enough for a home gym environment where my wife and I will each use it 5-6 days a week.”

“I ordered the T2 series power rack. The price was very reasonable and it was delivered in a timely manner. It was well packaged and took only about an hour and a half to assemble. It seems sturdy and of good quality materials.”

“Shipping , delivery, notifications- all good I ordered the pivoting tricep bar and should have read deeper into the reviews prior to ordering. It is heavy duty and appears of good quality but it is not balanced well and is just an awkward piece. I’ll give it another chance or two but it may gather dust.”

“The product is fantastic and definitely is better than I anticipated. The instructions on how to put it together were not as satisfactory as I would've liked. More clarity within the instructions would've made the diagrams easier to understand. Also, adding a section on recommended methods for how one bolts the short pulley functional trainer to the wall would've been nice. I had to go on youtube to figure that out. The guy who made the video had the same issues as I did.”

“Purchased a set of parallettes. Very happy with the overall quality but was also disappointed that one of the paralletes had significant scratches in the powder coating coming out of the box. The box itself had appeared to have been opened and resealed at some point so I suspect someone else returned the set because of the scratching and it was sent back out to me as "new".”
