“Happy with the machine and price. Would give 5 stars but there was no notice of when it shipped or when it would arrive so it was a surprise when it showed up. Otherwise very happy would give 4.5 star if I could”

“Build - Instructions are very lacking with the spring. I was able to find a Youtube video to show exactly how it was done. Highly recommend looking for the video. The rest of the build was explanatory and easy to follow. Quality - Don't expect high end. Seat bracket on the rods are not a snug fit, there is a lot of play. Make sure you go over nuts that have been assembled at the factory. For most, this chinese built home gym piece is a nice inexpensive piece to have.”

“These short plate holders are nice, well built and finish is durable. Fits my T3 just fine mounted to the 2” face, could mount to 3” side with new hardware (including hardware for both applications would have garnered a 5th star). The hardware included is meant for spanning 3” length. I was stoked to get a decal and sticker with each package as well! Not sure if you guys are doing this with new 2024 product or perhaps it’s because it’s a “Titan” series product but it’s a nice touch, none of my other compliments for my T3 included the information envelope and swag. “Pleased with the product so far, instructions could have been a bit clearer. Titan should do an installation video, had to find one from some random guy on YouTube who was unclear on the same step I was having trouble with, and thankfully made a video of it once he figured it out.”

“X-3 series Bolt Down Power rack is a solid piece of metal. I bought several other stuff like a lat pull-down, weight plates, and a 60" Olympic barbell, which I think I should've bought at least 6 or 7 ft. I have a lot to learn. The shipping was fast and came in extremely good packaging. I think Titan Fitness can do better on installation instructions, however. The installation manual does not come with the package and is available on the Internet. They have numbers or letters with pictures on the manual, but the items do not come labeled, and the installation steps are rather confusing. On top of that, symbols like phi or theta are confusing and unnecessary. Overall, I had a good experience, except for the installation part. I will buy from them in the future because of the quality of the materials and faster shipment.”

“The equipment overall is very decent. It’s not the most solid bench; the seat and arm rest move around slightly. Instructions were just a single illustration, but it’s pretty self explanatory. Only real complaint is something I saw in other reviews, which is the box comes damaged. The part of the bench that holds the bar was penetrating through the box and scratched up. I don’t like how during checkout they offer insurance for shipping the item, pretty much knowing it’s going to come damaged.”

“Good product, good service. Was able to work with the team on the phone to get an order placed in a difficult circumstance. Rack arrived as we expected, no knicks, dings or scratches. All hardware required for assembly was provided in neat, organized packages.”

“This is my first Safety Squat Bar, and works great, as advertised. Only issue was with shipping: the Bar was longer than packaging it was shipped in. Therefore, about 4 inches of one collar were sticking out end of box, and was scratched. Doesn't affect function, but affects anesthetics of brand new bar...somewhat disappointing.”

“Unfortunately I ordered my product during the Christmas rush and it was intended as a gift for my son. Titan filled the order immediately but it was shipped by Fedex where it was hung up with them for almost a month in the warehouse in pennsylvania. i finally received it in badly damaged packaging which was the holdup from Fedex delivering it to me. I commend Titan Fitness because the bar I ordered was so well packed that the content was undamaged. I feel Fedex should have returned it to Titan when the damage occured. The staff at Titan was patient and helped me through this traumatic experience. My son has ordered there before and he commends the products they sell and we have no reservations about ordering from them again.”

“I bought a T 2 with 10” extension, 500# of weights and a trap pull down. My son uses most of those weights!. I love the quality of the equipment, everything is first rate. The reason I give 4 starts and not 5 are 2 small things. The equipment came in over multiple days of deliveries. It was very annoying to have my rack assembled with the trap pull down, only to have to wait several more days for the metal guide rods to come allowing me to finish the build. The second small thing was the Trap Pull Down comes with a small spray bottle of oil. It came half empty with oil leaked out all of the inside of the plastic bag it came and the bottle, and then the bottle would barely spray out the oil. When I called Titan they said the oil came from over seas and it was not possible for them to send me a new one. I think that’s tacky customer service. Like I said, 2 small things.”
