box is completely destroyed. One side of box is missing. Intend on attempting to assemble this week and will see if there’s anything missing as the box was open. Parts visible with box not opened have visible scratches and dents.

The product overall is great once assembled. There was an incorrect count of washers/fastened and one of the legs did not have a hole pre-drilled. We had to drill out the hole to continue reassembling. Also, the coating was already chipped and delaminating from the framework. Outside of that, no complaints.

I ordered a short wall mounted pulley system v3. The box it came in is in good shape, I thought it was a good sign. However, when I started counting all my parts against the part list. Again, major parts are missing, these are not little screws or washers, these parts are big, and they cannot be missing from the box. The piece which sliding up and down with 4 pulleys attached is missing. The u-shape piece where 3 pulleys are attached is missing. Again, I have a bunch of useless metals sitting in box.

You have been responsive and professional in emails . But that is the only positive about this experience . I ordered 3 Items - 1 came , 1 was delayed forever and still not complete, 1 was canceled and still have not received refund on credit card (well past the 7 business days). I can’t order equipment through you anymore as I’m trying to run a business and it’s to unreliable.

My initial impression of Titan Fitness is rather poor. I tried to contact them via email months ago but never received a response about my question. Recently I found a particularly good deal on their website for something that I was looking for so I ordered it. This particular purchase went acceptably well but having a company never respond to a communication is not a good sign.

The good; sturdy, heavy duty The bad; fitment, nothing was welded at the correct angle, main bar warped (on flat surface one corner was up 3/4", both support legs when attached were kicked out to the side. To mount I hade to use too much brain to estimate where everything should be when mounted, mount the parts individually and then force them to bolt together.

I was told I will get a call the day before delivery To schedule the freight delivery. That was important to me because I can open the bay doors of my gym and have it brought in and placed inside so it could be assembled. Unfortunately this was not the case. As a matter of fact, I received an email that it had been delivered. I was an hour away, it was left outside my building, in the parking lot, a 324 pound box, and me a female by myself how do you figure out how to push that into my building. I was able to do so. I have not been able to set it up yet. It does appear to be packaged very well.

The sissy squat is very flimsy. Not sturdy at all. I will soon just pay 800.00 for a good sturdy well built sissy squat.

I was disappointed to learn that an offer mailed out to me within the last 2 months with my previous was no longer being honored. An out of stock item became in stock and i purchased it quickly so I could train for competition.

The hyper extensión showed up in terrible shape with multiple deep scratches. The Yukon bar showed up in great shape. The chambered multigrip bar showed up in very damaged packaging with the bar sticking out and damage on the bar. Will update after reaching out to customer service.

The bearing assemblies were both crooked and did not bolt up correctly. Emailed customer service and have not heard back yet

The website says the holes are spaced two inches which is the same as my Rogue rack. The mounting holes are not even close to being centered enough to get just two bolts in. I contacted Titan to do a warranty exchange and they sent me a replacement but it had the same exact issue. This leads me to believe that all of them are not spaced properly so I just dealt with it and bought smaller hardware. After spending $20 on 1/2 hardware that is small enough to fit in order to mount it, I wish I would have just bought the similar Rep Fitness offering.

Titan X-3 Series bolt down rack did NOT come with the required amount of hardware for assembly. I had to go to the local hardware store to pick up boxes of nuts, bolts, washers, and spring washers due to the hardware that arrived only having 1/3rd of what was required and because of the size of the bolts the cost was over $90 total for the hardware needed. Extremely disappointed.

i like the products but the quality is inconsistent. I have purchased 3 adjustable squat boxes and 2 of them have a faulty security latch. The pin gets stuck in the open position from day one and this means the box will spontaneously collapse when working with clients. Even with light weight, this is scary, but with heavyweight it is dangerous. I don't know how to fix the mechanism
