Several of the parts were bent, the hardware was all thrown together in the same bag and was unlabeled, and some bolts didn’t fit.

Poor packaging was destroyed on arrival which allowed some small scratches on the machine. Also missing two nuts required for assembly, so it involved a trip to Home Depot to even assemble.

The barbells are great, however, the bench I ordered is sub-par at best. When positioned in an incline position, the back of the bench is supported only on the right side, not on the left. This causes the bench back to angle left, both canting the long left edge downwards and moving the head of the bench towards the left. When incline pressing, the bench back can be felt doing this, thus, leading to an uneven pressing motion. I've tightened every nut, bolt and screw and the issue persists. Either the design of the bench is flawed or the tolerances are simply not tight. I would not purchase the bench again.

I was excited for my squat stand, but it arrived a week and a half late and with missing parts. Hopefully the missing parts won't take as long to arrive as the original shipment did.

Overall the equipment is good but the barbell and plate holder showed up damaged and I was told to shove it. The rack and plate holder also showed up with no instructions

Nice built accessory but does NOT fit all 3x3 racks. I would not under unless you have a Titan rack

IT ARRIVED IN A GOOD TIME FRAME. BUT I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE OCTAGON. I KNOW WE ORDERED IT FINAL SALE DENT/SCRATCH BUT IT CAME IN WITH A 5 INCH TEAR IN THE SIDE OF IT. NOT A SCRATCH, IT WAS ALL THE WAY THROUGH THE OUTSIDE MATERIAL AND SOME OF THE FOAM. THE INTEGRITY IN THAT IS QUESTIONABLE. ESPECIALLY SINCE THE PRICE DIDN'T REFLECT THAT TYPE OF DEFECT. I COULD HAVE PAID $30-$50 MORE AND GOTTEN THE SAME SIZE OCTAGON WITH NO DEFECTS.

Guide rods on lat tower were slightly bowed/bent. After over a week I was told parts could not be sourced, so the only option was to return. Was hoping for better option since it received with defective parts. So I wasted my time assembling it and now would need to spend more time to disassemble it, so I can get a replacement to assemble again. I'd be better off going to a local machine shop and sourcing the parts myself. Plus the some of the nuts and bolts came rusty. Seems to be a coin flip when dealing with titan. The packaging does seem to be improved from how it used to be

Unfortunately they shipped one wrong part in a two part shipment. However they were quick the remedy the situation and ship the proper item after being reached about it.

My order was shipped right away and scheduled for delivery 4/7. Then it took some very wrong turns via fedex. Even after it had been flagged as undeliverable on the fedex site I had to email support numerous times to get a new bench shipped. The second one arrived 5/2. I realize fedex is not under your control, but perhaps stronger status linking on your side would have made resolution faster than me having to manage the process. Thank you for seeking the input.

My order came in a timely manner however when I received the medicine ball it was filthy with stains that required a good bit of scrubbing to remove. The ball is in good functional condition but I as disappointed to see the surface condition.

Power rack looks nice, but adjustable bench leg is full of tiny metal balls that spill out everywhere. Makes a huge mess in my home gym whenever I move it.

Paid for an item that was supposed to be in stock and was due to be shipped out on March 23, 2022. We are now going into May and I am still waiting on my item. The worst thing about it is Titan could not make an attempt to keep me notified as to what was was going on. This is just bad customer service. Then have been given several ship dates as to when I will get my item. Not holding my breath Titan would deliver in this coming month.

Product is great!! Hence the 2 stars. The initial response was good. Then it went bad. Y’all went silent. On the website I saw 2 expected dates for this product to be in. With no response from titan. Updates would of been good and made this a good experience. I called and responded by email only to get no response from titan
