Does not fit older models of the T2 rack. I missed that detail in the description, and it does not show up in the manual. It would be great if Titan sold an adapter to extend the brackets for older model power racks.

Hello Michael, we sincerely apologize if the item does not meet your requirements. Our listings do mention that the new attachments will not fit the older models. We suggest submitting a product suggestion on our site for the adapter!

I'm pretty sure that I was charged twice for the incline bench I ordered. That's what my bank account reflects. I thought they canceled the bench because it was taking so long with no correspondence but it ended up coming last week. And I was charged again. I haven't had issues before this transaction.

The original charge is just an authorization for the true charge that was scheduled to be processed. The Bar is great, really love the balance and the welds look good. It arrived scratched up though. Not sure if the packing played a part or not. Was out of town the day it arrived, I called a friend to put it in my garage. I am not sure if you realize this, yet FedEx , at least in my area, just throws heavy boxes in your driveway, not even bringing them to the door. The box it came in was all beat up and the end of the bar had scratches through the powder coat. This does not effect the use yet is really disappointing for a brand new purchase. I am going to send this message to customer service with some pics I took when I removed it from the box.

Scratch and dent item was missing pieces that are required to even use any of it. I was also missing all the nuts and bolts which I know is a disclaimer but really, all the hardware? And a main piece of equipment needed to even use it. You are sending the missing piece but now I have to wait for FedEx to schedule, delay, schedule, delay, and hopefully deliver it without tearing the box open and loosing my 1 piece I need.

Package (tube) was opened on one end. Damage to the bar end. The bar itself is 1.75" short so it is not rackable like my barbells. That was my fault for not double checking bar specs before ordering. The plates stay on well. Knurling is nice. Could use knurling in the middle for more close grip exercises.

I got the beam For my daughter to practice on, but As soon as I stepped on the Beam, I knew we needed to return the item. The beam is way too squishy. It truly has a soft foam feel to it, which is far from what a beam or practice beam should feel like.

First time that i tried to order something i clicked “place order” and nothing happened and the page closed. I got no notifications or emails saying that an order was placed. I waited about 10 min, and figured i would try again. This time after i placed the order it took me to a completion page and sent me an email saying order recieved, etc. Fast forward a week and i have 2 lat pulldown machines delivered 1 after the other. Cant find a receipt or anything for one, however i was charged for it. Luckily I have someone who is willing to buy it from me. Annoying experience, but the product itself is just fine.

Packing was poor, bar ends came out of box and were damaged. Bar quality is also very poor. Not first bar I have purchased from Titan, very disappointed. Bar is still servicable and I will not ask for return.

Ordered a 60lb weighted vest and it didn't come with a belt to tighten it. Put in a ticket but haven't heard anything back from anyone. Will update if they ever get back to me.

Shipping on this order was an absolute nightmare. Part on FedEx for being slow and part on Titan because I had to beg for tracking info, besides the first attempt at shipping getting ALL recalled because 1 item was canceled. Then assembly instructions. Holy hell! Let’s start with maybe a QRL code like the rest of the world instead of some long code of jumbled letters. Then, make it BIGGER and labeled better with real instructions, not just a quick sentence with numbers and arrows. Not everyone is an engineer. Then, you add parts, like bushings, that aren’t even needed. And the hardware packs…could you please make it slightly more difficult to open and maybe destroy the label under the hardware better so we can guess at what part we are holding in our hands? That would be great! Good quality equipment for the cost, but damn if the rest doesn’t take away from the experience!

I’ve ordered a bunch of stuff from Titan and am satisfied overall. This review is for the chest press machine (scratch and dent) only. The first of 2 boxes arrived on Wednesday. The second was marked “ready to go” 9 days ago but hasn’t been picked up from their warehouse by FedEx yet. An inquiry to Titan’s customer service revealed that there’s a 10-day shipping delay so it might not be their fault. The odd thing is that items I ordered after this item (which also originated from the same area and are heavier ) have already arrived. I haven’t opened the box from this order that was delivered because it arrived wrapped with a ton of packing tape and I don’t know what the contents are supposed to be. I’ll wait until the second box comes to do a parts inventory. I’ll post an updated review once I receive my complete order.

When I spend &800 on a piece of equipment the least I can get is a paper copy of the manual. Try putting this together and your phone always closes by the time u finish one step. Come on people are we getting that cheap.

No one responds to any emails that were sent. When the restock date changed no one reached out. The bar finally arrived with no box laying in my driveway. I will not purchase from this company again.

I ordered a scratch and dent T3 crossmember with gusset plate, but was sent the TITAN series crossmember with gusset plate. Obviously, scratch and dent usually aren’t able to be returned, but I deserve a refund since I was sent the wrong part. My complaint is not about the cosmetic defect, but the fact that I received something I did not order. Sometime around April 10th, I was informed that I would receive a refund. However, it has now been almost over 10 business days and I have not received the refund yet.

The barbell came in great condition and was as expected! My husband loves it! I'm giving it a 2 for customer service! I bought one for my husband for valentines day and the order was canceled. I reached out multiple ways to customer service and was essentially told "sorry, can't do anything for you". That's fine. But don't cancel my order and just leave it at that. Maybe reach out and say "I'm sorry we had x amount of quantitiy and sold out quickly and didn't realize..blah blah blah" instead of just no explanation.

Product is great. Can’t wait to use it but I’ve had a headache of issues with actually receiving 100% of my order. I ordered the X3 bolt down rack, lever arms, and stabilizer feet (4 shipments / 2 orders). Everything came but two of the 80” uprights. They (Titan) put too many shipping labels on the box and it made it all the way to the last FedEx hub and got rerouted back to Titan. The first customer service rep I spoke with was no help and gave me a tracking number that wasn’t mine and I had to call back again to speak with someone else who DID help me a bit better. She had new uprights sent back to me (hope I receive them). Probably not a common occurrence but still aggravating. Besides that the product is very solid, commercial grade stuff. Excited to use it. I’d like to get more from Titan but we’ll see.

Hey Dustin. Thanks for the feedback. So that we can investigate and prevent this issue in the future, can you clarify what happened? We send email notifications at shipment when the shipment is out for delivery and delivered. We also send notifications for any delivery issues which the carrier notifies us of. Are you saying that you never received those emails? If so, did they possibly get caught in your SPAM folder?

Hey William. Many of our orders with more than one item are delivered in multiple shipments as is this case here. It looks like your bar was delivered via FedEx Ground already while the lat tower is shipping via UPS Freight and is in transit.
