Own about $6k+ worth of Titan fitness equipment, mostly bought on sales and back when they had the rewards program (and better service also). T3 rack developed cracks after 4 years on welds (over 15 inches total). Machines have held up with small issues (have rebuilt / replaced parts myself as they wear out). Customer service in 2022 is understaffed, not knowledgeable and not empowered to provide any real help with issues or to make sales. Prices have gradually gotten to the point where you can buy/find much higher quality, with better warranty and support for the same price (with sales) or so close it's 100% worth looking at other quality brands first.

Good product. Horrible shipping. I had half a machine (scrap metal) sitting in my gym because it didn’t arrive on the correct date.

I ordered my product at the beginning of February. It was back ordered so I didn't expect it right away. However, the date for shipping kept changing... and changing... and changing... I emailed Titan three times between the middle of February and when I received my product in late April. Never. Not. Once. Did anyone reply. As far as customer service goes, the whole experience was subpar to put it kindly. In the year 2022, what serious company doesn't respond to an email? Let alone three?!

I was really excited to get this pulley system until I started putting it together and realized several parts were used. It was disappointing to say the least. The pulleys don't spin very well either. Based on the initial lack of quality, I'm not expecting this to last long.

It took three weeks to receive the bench. I never received an update on the order. When I’d waited long without hearing anything I sent an email canceling the order. The bench shipped two days later while I was waiting for a response to the cancelation. I’m trying to decide whether to send it back or not.

After having massive delivery issues and delays (not Titan's fault) however titan could not answer what parts were in shipment one and two! Upon receiving both boxes there were NO instructions at all!!! SO I reached out to customer service via chat and was given the WRONG set of instructions... When my husband and I completed putting up the stringers into the studs on our wall, according to the manual that was given to me from the representative, Zendesk on Apr 21, 2022, 4:17 PM CDT, we put together the Rack and when we went to attach it to the stringers they were totally OFF in measurements!!!!! We then CALLED into the 800# and got a female rep who, after about 15min, told us there is NO MANUAL specific to this model, T-3 SERIES SHORT FOLDING POWER RACK 82inches high and 21in arms!!!! WHAT THE HECK!!!!!!!!!!!! so we had to take OFF THE STRINGERS, and replace them on the wall putting MASSIVE holes all over this wall, mind you! Absolutely UNACCEPTABLE that this company sells this HEAVY piece of equipment that basically HANGS on the wall with NO INSTRUCTIONS!!!!!! I won't purchase from here again. Honestly, I am a bit nervous that it will come off the wall in TIME!

Came damaged had to put in vice grip so I could connect frame to upper frame. Spring seems to be to large for we’re it goes have purchased over 5 000 dollars worth of equipment this is the first I’m very disappointed in overall construction of item.

I have a TON of stuff from here. This is the first disappointing item. Genuinely. Assembled correctly, having tightened everything properly, the adjustable legs are dibble wobbly and insecure. Not a fan

Bar was fine, knurling not great, and shipping condition was atrocious (par of the bar's container was torn open, bar exposed). You get what you pay for.

The shipping took twice as long but that’s not my real issue. The actual manufacturing is pretty bad. There are dings and nicks everywhere. The worst is the damage on the chrome vertical that the weight trolley slides on. There are big enough dents on the corners that the trolley gets caught on them and slows down significantly. The pulleys have a ton of friction as well. With those two issues you need a minimum of 40lb on the trolley just for it to go back down on its own. Lastly every piece was loaded with tiny metal balls which I assume was from the welding process but they got absolutely everywhere during assembly and being metal they were hard for the vacuum to suck up. Overall this item could be awesome if there was any type of quality control involved in the manufacturing process.

My item came a bit banged up. One end of the bar was outside the packaging. This is the second item that has not been packed well for shipping, which has resulted it damage.

V2 Bench was backordered for a month. When it arrived, one of the crucial screws was not machined closely and didn’t fit the appropriate threads on the bench, so now the seat portion of the bench cannot change positions. Would like some customer assistance to replace the parts that do not work.

I've ordered from Titan in the past and have always had a great experience until recently. I ordered an Olympic barbell that was on sale and it arrived bent. I'm sure that it was FedEx that damaged it but I've reached out to Titan to take care of this issue and haven't had any follow up from the company yet. I'm disappointed because I really want to get this bar exchanged so we can start using it.

It doesn’t come with assembly instructions. Parts came days apart, since no instructions have to search online.

While I can't really see any damage to my "scratch and dent" item. There are several missing parts. Hopefully I can get replacements for free but I'm not sure. Too bad the purchase is final.
