I think the desktop itself is fine, but the corners got banged up during shipping. It doesn’t have very much protection for the corners with shipping. But, the sides and surfaces are fine.

Long delays in shipping / back orders, very delayed responses in customer service issues, mediocre quality products. I ordered an adjustable bench. The item was originally backordered until February, then until June. I did ultimately receive the bench in May. I fully assembled the bench with no issue, however, the pin that allows the bench to adjust doesn't correctly align with the holes. It can be forced in, but this seems like it will create an issue long-term and this speaks poorly for the quality. I contacted the company, with zero response almost a week later.

Titan Maybe growing to fast . There customer service seems to never have a definitive answer or they can’t do anything for some ridiculous amount of time. Yes free shipping but if you can’t change a shipping address or you want to cancel your order , you have to wait a certain amount of time. I thought we used computers these days. Couple clicks n it’s done. Not with Titan . Sucks because they do ship free and equipment is well priced and well manufactured but your time is the cost. Time cost money !!!

I don't see how anybody could order a Large of their belts and not find it too small. The overall quality was fine, but it was made in Pakistan. I can find a belt made in USA at the same price and it will fit more appropriately.

I was please with how quickly I received my order. However I was missing two corner connector pieces from my order that inhibited me from completely putting together the deadlift platform. I run a gym and now I have to wait until I hear back from customer support which has been 2 days now to try and resolve this issue.

I am happy with the items I purchased and customer service is excellent. However, it took four shipments before I received a complete set of the fractional plates. The packaging was horrible that the plates got lost during transit. Even after mentioning this, Titan continued shipping it in the same packaging. Only the last shipment I received, the box they used was slightly different. I probably won't order from Titan again after this experience even though the issue got resolved.

I intentionally bought an “open box” pull up bar special, but didn’t think it would not come with mounting hardware or even directions to mount. Not I have to find all the correct size hardware to safely mount this on my own.

I have ordered from Titan numerous times and probably have about 8 pieces of equipment from them. On this order, I purchased push/pull sled and an expensive Pulley Tower. I received the tower with no issues, but instead of the sled I received some kind of power rack attachment. When I contacted customer service, I was pretty much told that there was nothing they could do. So now instead of getting the right equipment sent and returning a useless piece of equipment, I now have a refund, no sled that I needed for a camp this weekend, and a piece of heavy/big equipment that I have nothing to do with. Very disappointed with this outcome as I now need to go purchase a random sled, pay for express/overnight shipping, and take a risk that it's a high-quality product.

Yoke showed up damaged and missing the hardware. I was offered to send it back and they would send me another. This is not possible as I got the tall yoke and one of the boxes was destroyed in shipping. So I requested compensation for the damage and to buy the hardware because I was told they cannot send me the hardware. I was offered a $30 refund for the trouble. The hardware cost almost double that. I have a very sour taste for Titan customer service right now.

The Wrist Roller Model 401481 product design and ESPECIALLY THE MANUAL (online) is flawed, as regards the strap's use and reliance on Velcro to secure the end of the strap to the safety clip (which easily attaches to the pull road that holds the weight plates). The Manual clearly states the Wrist Roller is "shipped FULLY ASSEMBLED" -- but that is not true. One must go online to view the Manual for instruction on how to attach the safety clip to the strap, BUT THE MANUAL IS DEVOID OF ANY INSTRUCTION ON ATTACHING THE TWO ITEMS TOGETHER. It is left to one's imagination, or else calling Titan. I called Titan, and it took about 20 minutes or longer on the phone to get any helpful information, explaining "there is a loop" near the end of the strap where the Velcro-coated end is supposed to "slide through" (after looping through the safety clip). It is extremely difficult to try to get the Velcro end of the strap through that narrow loop, because the Velcro surface keeps grabbing onto the inside of the loop and doesn't "slide through". MY RECOMMENDATION: Either ship the Wrist Roller FULLY ASSEMBLED to the customer, as claimed in the online product Manual, or else update the Manual to give DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS on how to assemble the product once it's been received. - Charles Garcia

The olympic EZ curl barbell that I ordered arrived unboxed and naked (no plastic bag to protect it from the elements) on my porch! Just left there! The shipping stickers were placed directly on the bar! I suspect that this is a Fedex issue, but really.....

Well most of my gym equipment is titan, I have a squat rack with many attatchments. I own the linear hack squat, 2 benches 3 specialty bars and now the functional trainer.....this was my first big purchase and probably my last.......the scheduling and deliver method was sub par the miscommunication between titan and tforce freight was unreal. Ling story short missed a total of 3 days lf work because of shipping issues.....titan informed me of a Monday delivery after we discussed prior to the item being released from their facility that my current job site requires me to stay out of town mon-thursday that the delivery absolutely needed to come thursday-sat....well titan emails me it's showing up that Monday. I take off of work because I'm not leaving my 2,700 dollar machine in my driveway, only to find out its certainly not coming....so a scheduled deliver was made between myself and TForce freight for that Thursday evening....I go into work extra early to make my hours and leave early to b home for scheduled deliver that also did not show...now I have to wait around all day Friday to ensure my item finally gets to mw

Had an expensive piece of equipment dropped in the driveway without an email from Titan telling me it was on the way. Great shipping speed, and the lat machine seems really nice. The instructions are poor.

I’m actually disappointed in the quality. I had ordered a safety squat bar as well as mono lift attachments in the past and was very happy with the welds and the overall quality of the equipment. However the hyper extension machine is made with very thin steel and the padding is reinforced with cheap wood that made a crackling sound when I first used it. The bolts on the pads are “off” spacing and the pads are uneven. The rear frame bar had multiple chips in the paint and the bend it the metal was done very poorly. Finally, I am 215 lbs and both the handles and foot frame flex substantially when I put my weight on the machine.
