The finishing of the product was sub-standard. There are dings in the metal and it Looks as if it has been previously used. Further, the metal wires used on the packaging cover were completely rusted. They cut into my finger when I was trying to open the packaging. Poor experience so far

I ordered the new USA made SSB. It probably should have been sold as a scratch and dent. There were a ton of surface scratches like someone had put plates on it and racked it a bunch, there were a few deep scratches too. I was surprised the sleeves are not welded. It did say it in the description but I didn't realize the SSB had such a major redesign.

The first order I placed was missing pieces. It was quickly rectified to my satisfaction. I continued to order equipment and was pleased with the service. Until I placed an order and needed to cancel it immediately. I was told the order had already been sent to the shipper and couldn't be canceled which was ridiculous because it was literally a 15 minute wi dow from placing the order to requesting the cancelation. I took the hit and went ahead and accepted it. I then placed an order after that and needed to return it. I called FedEx and was told they could return it to the shipper before it reached my state, they did so. I then learn I am still being charged 80.00 shipping fee. That is unacceptable. I am extremely displeased with this exorbitant fee for an item I never took possession of.

Bought the linebacker landmine attachment with stand, and 100lbs (25lb bumpers). The attachment is cool, could’ve done without this style of stand. Definitely takes 2 to load which is useless to me. More of a hazard than helpful. The bumpers appear to be lighter than 25lbs but I haven’t weighed them. Got a few rusty bolts. If anyone wants a stand, got one for sale, cheap.

I’ve ordered thousands of dollars of products from Titan. They’re good quality. Policy of not matching prices is eh. But their assembly/manuals needs work. Especially when I’m sent the wrong instructions. I did however have a pleasant experience with tech Dominic. He was super helpful.

Irritating the flat foot rack does not come with plate storage pins. Ordered the bolt down rack extension and sliced it up as soon as it arrived. To my annoyance, I need to add a 5/8" extension on one leg and a 3/4" extension on the other. Why dont they match? Speaking of not matching, the front (tighter) hole pattern matches my existing walk in rack, but the side hole spacing is actually different. Why?

First off. It’s does not come with instructions on how to put it together. They blame it on them trying to be more green. Yet you should see all the plastic and foam they use to package it. Packaging was good. It looks very well built. Except the stop post is to long and the plate weights hit it.

Box arrived damaged and half opened.. seat and back rest are ripped, main seat bar has bad welds. Scratch n dent is one thing. But torn and bad welds with holes not good!! Will be returning poor quality product

It doesn't "correctly" fit my dumbbell set. Granted I'm mixing a ROGUE 5-50s urethane set with a Titan rack.... And there's probably some disclaimer written in the description somewhere that it only works with Titan products, but it SHOULD fit.... the bolts are SOFT and require patience and effort to NOT round them during installation.... it'll work and the dumbbells are off the floor (finally) at a great price (Definitely affordable)..... Mixed emotions on this purchase.

The Dumbbell Weight Rack does accommodate various dumbbell sizes regarding racking the dumbbell however, for fitting all parts of the set, I'm afraid it will vary depending on the size or the width of each dumbbell. Many times, the measurements listed on the page can help you make that determination.

You ruined my joy by sending to me an inferior product---the quality control for this kettlebell was poor. The kettlebell is surface is pitted and there is a large 1MM metal seam across the bell and I had to file and sand smooth the very unfinished handle.
