Beautiful pull up bar. HOWEVER, it comes with no instructions for installation, and no bolts to install. No guidance on what size bolts would safely install it in concrete walls, or in framed drywall. I have to go on the internet to ‘figure out’ how to install it. No engineering to do it safely. It’s a pathetic way to do business. If you’re selling a pull up bar, it’s reasonable to expect you’ll tell me how to install it safely. Super disappointing…..and your customer care folks say, ‘oh…sorry. You can send it back.’ I just bought a flat screen tv. It comes with EXTRA BOLTS of any possible size required to ensure you’re covered. Also careful instructions written to make sure you don’t have the thing fall off the wall.

Hi Robert, thank you for the review and my apologies if the item you purchased did not live up to your expectations. I have had a chance to check and mounting hardware and mounting instructions are not included. Mounting instructions can be provided and also information on what type of hardware is needed, however, mounting hardware will have to be sourced as the pull up bar can be mounted either on wood stud walls, Hollow concrete walls (cinder blocks) and on concrete walls needing different types of hardware.

My order was missing one part. Called 3 times times and tried to resolve the problem. Also, sent 6 emails and never got any response. Very disappointed with the lack of customer service which is unprofessional. The customer service dept needs to improve drastically!!!!

Assembly is a nightmare…the screws aren’t long enough to assemble the seat pads…i gotta try to find some long enough. Unacceptable for a $700 piece of euipment

Very disappointed Titan refused to cancel my order as requested and then when the product arrived the box was crushed and fell apart there was at least half a roll of tape wrapped around the entire box. The fed driver needed help unloading because the box was in such bad shape. I'm not sure if I will ever order from titan again this is the second time such a thing has happened on my orders.

The right side of the attachment came bent and will not fit properly in the holes on my rack.

They need to stop using Fed Ex as a carrier. First they delivered a completely unpackaged, damaged (bent, scratched) barbell. Titan was great regarding sending out a new one but it was supposed to arrive today and instead the barbell was delivered by FedEx obviously to the wrong address since I was home all day long. They sent an email saying it was delivered late afternoon but it was not. I was able to reach Titan by phone - the first time I was not, had to email them and then they replied - and the person was very nice, called Fed-Ex and opened up a case. However, it has taken so much effort to try to get a barbell delivered and it still is not resolved. I would rate them one star for terrible delivery practices but I rated them two stars to give them credit for responsive customer service. I will write another review if I ever get the barbell!

I paid $1800+ for 300 lb lat tower . Equipment arrived without 50lbs of the weight stack ! Called customer service after an hour on the phone the told me they would call me back when the part was back in stock even though it showed in stock on the website. I was told I would receive a confirmation email . That never happened. I had to call again 4 days later to find out what’s going on . I finally got a confirmation email on trying to replace the part . It has been over a week and still no confirmation on sending replacement part . Even though the product STILL shows in stock on their website . I was told they could get the part from one in stock . Then what’s the hold up ?

The packaging was so bad that the shipping company could not identify where the product was supposed to go until I had contacted them and they created a new label. I am currently in discussion with titans customer support regarding the item that was not a scratch and dent sale regarding its condition. Surprisingly though, the actual scratch and dent item came extremely quick and was very well packaged.

Disappointing experience - first order was “shipped” but literally never left the warehouse. I had to reach out after 10 days to even get an update and call out the fact my order was still sitting somewhere. Finally they placed a replacement order which then got lost at FedEx and arrived at my house with literally no packaging on it. If the packaging would have been sufficient in the first place it wouldn’t have gotten so damaged that it delayed the entire thing and showed up without any packaging at all.

Received product and it was damaged and uneven. Company sent a replacement at no charge and that item was damaged as well. For a company as well known and reputable as Titan, this is quite disappointing. The return process is great and the response time to receive a new item is fantastic but, receiving another item that is damaged is completely unsatisfactory.

My trap bar was supposed to come with 16 bolts to build it but instead came with 13 bolts and 3 bolts that were not even threaded. That’s called bad quality control. I then called customer service and was helped right away and sent more bolts.

I ordered the T-3 short squat stand. Shipping was quick. Once unpackaged I realized one J-hook was missing and that one welded tubing cap had fallen off (weld broke). Once assembled I realized the feet/base of the stand weren't flat (I tried each individually before assembly) and they rocked. I'll have to bolt it to the floor eventually. Finally once assembled, I noticed one post of the stand isn't parallel with the other (it leans out) Upon further inspection, the cause seems to be the welded bracket at the base. It isn't square. It's okay for the price. It will hold a barbell once I get all the parts. But considering I'm waiting for a custom order of 1 J-hook (no shipping confirmation, two days after chatting with customer service) so I can use the thing, and it has the quality issues mentioned above, I will probably not be ordering from Titan again.

I can only give you a 2 star right now because when my order arrive the arm cushion was defective, i've since talk with one of your representatives and they are sending a replacement, once i get the replacement and the parts are all there then i will consider give a 5 star rating, right now i'm still waiting on my replacement part which from my understanding still hasn't been shipped yet and its been several days now.

Either I did not read it correctly or these arms are larger than 2”. None and I mean NONE OF MY BUMPER PLATES FIT (Eleiko or Rogue). How do we resolve this?

Free shipping was great until we had to deal with shipping. I wish we had the option to let FedEx know we wanted our packages actually delivered inside the building… The customer service rep at Titan told us that they paid for all the additional fees if we needed the machines inside. Of course we needed them inside instead of both FedEx drivers and the freight company left our 500+ pound packages on the doorstep of our gym. Just a mess to deal with when trying to plan setup and waiting for machines.

The vertical barbell holder does not hold the barbell up vertically. It leans a good amount and rests on the rack.

The shipping company that they used, FedEx, thoroughly destroyed the packaging. The boxes for the bolts and washers were really destroyed so I am missing a few things be able to put the rack together. There is cosmetic damage to the rack, making it an eyesore as it is noticeable damage (at least to me it is). Product was also delayed 3 weeks because package was destroyed while in transport. Due to this I cannot give Titan Fitness a good rating as it was their decision to use FedEx as the shipping company (IMO their service has gone down hill). Overall, I spent hundreds of dollars for a product to come in damaged and have to now spend extra to find hardware to be able to put the rack together and is also unsightly to look at due to cosmetic damage. A rather disappointing experience.

Hi Donald, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. Most of our manuals and assembly instructions can be downloaded online as doing so reduces the need for paper manuals to be printed and thus saving resources and reducing our carbon footprint.
