Titans pricing and free delivery are second to none. I ordered farmer carry handles 2in and an axle bar. I received confirmation that both items would arrive in a few short days. The axle bar came as stated and is hands down the best axle bar for the price. I do not know how they make money on this bar. I highly recommend it. One of the best features is the two sleeves which fit your standard collars. On the other hand, the farmer handles did not arrive until a week later, which isn't a big deal, but it's a bummer when you track and wait on something for it to all of a sudden show delay. Again not a big deal. The problem is the farmer's handle weight posts are two different sizes. One is 2in, and the other is axle bar size which means the weight of the implements is slightly different, and I have to use an axle collar on one and a standard collar on the other. It's not the end of the world, as I can still use them, but I am slightly disappointed with the lack of quality control. I have heard a lot about how the new CEO is turning things around and improving quality which is why I placed my order this time. I'm not giving up on titan, but I was disappointed the handles did not match.

My product shipped quickly and arrived to the destination state (MD) within days, then was shipped back down to the shipping facility in MS. The tracking number was on pause for about 5 days so I had no clue why it was down there or if it was really down there. I didn’t think it would arrive in time for a birthday, but it did, thankfully. Once it left the facility the second time, it got to MD quickly again, but then it said the barcode wasn’t readable and needed a new label so the arrival date was pushed back. When it finally got to my house, the barbell was sticking out of the cardboard protective layer and there was extra thick plastic covering the part of the barbell that was sticking out.

Packaging wasn’t adequate on multiple items. They arrived useable yet scuffed, slightly damaged. I managed to bend some pieces back and clean up most of it. Pretty disappointed. Their online support is terrible. Don’t email. Just call.

Purchased the Titan med ball rack, but it was very rickety. I contacted Titan and although it took them a week to reply, they were good about sending out a replacement. The replacement was just as rickety, so I just don’t feel that it is a good design, which is unfortunate because I generally like Titan’s products.

Their products are typically great but this bench is the quality of something you’d find for $20 on Amazon. No matter how tight the nuts and bolts are, the bench wobbles and isn’t secure. There is a lot of play within the setting. The bench rocks side to side and none of the metal pieces are aligned.

There was a rivet missing in one of the items I bought… It looks a little bootleg with tape… Quality of product is good but it just sucks that you spend money and get something that doesn’t have all the pieces…

The shipping was awkward. When I would look up my order it told me that my order didn't exist. When I called in to ask, they just said "it's ok order exist" and I didn't get any extra info. About a week later I got an email saying it shipped and then 2 days after that I got an email from FedEx saying that the label couldn't be read and Titan Fitness would have to provide new labels. Aside from shipping, the product was OK. The pullies are cheaply made, but the product's price reflects that.

Hi Angelo, thank you for the review and my apologies about the experience you have had in regards to shipping. Usually, if the shipping label on packages are damaged, the carrier will be replacing them so the next terminal that will receive the shipment can scan them; bar codes on the shipping label can be damaged in transit however, the information on the shipment is already saved on their system. Unfortunately, the delivery after it has left our warehouse is out of our hands and we are unable to control any decisions or actions caused by the carrier. We definitely suggest that you reach out to the carrier with this feedback. Glad to know however the shipment was still delivered. We do value our customers' experience and feedback and are constantly working with carriers to better make shipping time more efficient. My apologies again as we were not able to factor this unforeseen issue the carrier has encountered.

Purchased a “scratch and dent” plyo box jump. I never knew “scratch and dent” also means “missing pieces that makes it inoperable”. What was sent was 4 pieces of wood…out of 6. Due to missing pieces it is completely inoperable, and cannot be pieced together.

The medicine ball tree is ordered is poorly constructed and your site is confusing when trying to send the product back. I’m not fully satisfied with my ordered. Also, the barbell I ordered showed up with absolutely nothing to protect it. No box…nothing. It’s scratched. Again, not so happy with this order.

Good product but disappointed with the overall size of machine. My son is 6’5 270lbs. He has trouble fitting on it.
