My package was damage.. Rust on a brand new workout bar.. Not good at all.. The box it came in.. look like it been in a war… I always Oder from here and this was the first time.. this happen to me.. and all they took off was $20 dollars.. But the customer service was great and on point..

Hi Sheri, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. We can only apply a sales price adjustment if the item goes on sale within 24 hours after the order was placed. The adjustment however cannot be applied on Spend & Save promotions, promotions that are initiated with a coupon code, Black Friday, Cyber Monday promotions, Flash Sale or Scratch & Dent items. I have had a chance to check and I can see that the item on your order went on sale more than 24 hours after it was placed. Unfortunately, a sales price match cannot be honored. My apologies again.

The Incline Bench V3 has a bad tilt on the seat back. I have photos. I took it a part and tried to fix it, but no matter what I try, it still has an awkward tilt, and is very noticeable when I lay down on it. And several portions of the Steel Material came already bent.

Love Titan and never usually have a problem. But recently bought a 40 lb dumbbell on scratch n dent, and while I expect imperfections, what I got looked different than what was represented on website. Small thing but it said LBS on the dumbbell (which I did not want) but not on the picture (which I did want and thought I was getting to match my other dumbbell). The issue was I bought the same exact single dumbbell from Titan and did not have the LBS. Superficial but now I have a pair of 40’s that look different.

I have had a chance to check and I can see that one from our team has reached out on 09/02 and thank you for replying back. My apologies again as you may have received a Dumbbell from the Rubber Hex Dumbbells set with the item number 421041 instead of from the Rubber Coated Hex Dumbbell Set with the item number 421172; same Dumbbells however one indeed does have a lbs. symbol instead of just the numerical value. This is on us and we'll strive to do better. Thank you once again for your patience and for your consideration.

I wrote in several minutes after having mistakenly placed an order, and I was charged and shipped the order anyway. The support team told me this process is fully automated and they could not cancel an order. Now I may be on the hook to pay for return shipping.

Hi Kay, thank you for the review and my apologies about this. Due to the fast turn-around time, we are not able to make changes to many orders after they are placed. Once an order for an in stock item is placed, it is sent direct to our warehouse team to which changes can no longer be made and can only be returned once it was been shipped or delivered. We would recommend to double check and/or reach out if more information is needed on an item. My apologies again.

Not impressed with the delivery or the packing job of the item we ordered. I bought my husband a log press for his birthday and I understand that it’s large, bulky, and heavier than most items shipped but you’re in the fitness equipment industry. Better packaging on your company’s behalf would result in items not damaged in transit or the delivery process. My husband loves you company and will still shop with you but if our next order arrives in the same fashion as the one we just received we will gladly take our business elsewhere.

Generally Titan is really good but on this product, we have been waiting many months to receive. We did receive the other pieces of this order on time (although the shipping was rough on the boxes). Maybe they can ship the order complete and in a stronger, bigger box with appropriate packaging to protect their very good products better.

I ordered a rack, and many pieces, all perfect and 5 stars. Although, I did order the Landmine for my rack, which belongs to the rack. When I got it, it didn’t fit. Not sure if it’s outdated or what, but I can’t use it and that really sucks.

The delivery process is always challenging to navigate with Titan. Their tracking never matches the carrier’s so you’re left wondering where your stuff is. That being said, they do provide decent quality for the cost. This time however, I got 4 10 lb change plates that barely fit my Olympic bar. We’ll see how the return process is.

Solid steel product. Some rough spots on the surface of product. 2 inch spacing is great from the beginning then decreases gradually. Will need to bore own separate holes on steel to get on joist.

Product came with instructions to look up directions which didn’t exist. Also, one of the weight tree arms was severely scratched upon opening

Happy with past purchase but this used item came in a destroyed package with missing pieces so I can’t complete assembly. Parts were strewn across driveway from delivery and I couldn’t find everything I needed

Equipment came missing a hex nut . Was told I could not be sent a replacement due to ‘supply chain issues’. Had to go to Home Depot to buy my own.

We can usually issue a replacement for missing hardware however, only if we have spares as only they can be keyed on a replacements orders; other are reserved for completing whole orders. This is on us however an we'll strive to do better. I have had a chance to check and I can see that a reimbursement was keyed for sourcing the missing hardware locally. Delivered with no hardware for assembly. I called on Monday and tracking info says they still haven’t shipped. No big deal that an error was made but I feel since this is a small product and an error, it should have been overnighted
